Incredibly convenient, right next to JR Akihabara Station. The soundproofing is excellent — you’d never guess how central and busy the location is. Rooms are also a bit more spacious than typical Japanese hotel rooms. Staff were friendly, housekeeping was timely, and they kindly stored our luggage for two nights during a side trip to Hakone. One wish: family rooms. The current size is great for us now with our toddler, but she’ll need her own bed as she grows. We visit Japan 1-2 times a year and always stay in Akihabara — we prefer hotels over apartments mainly for the daily housekeeping. Would love to see family room options down the road. Great home base for exploring Tokyo — hoping for more room variety in the future! The carpets were a bit aged, with some visible stains — room slippers were provided, which helped, though we weren’t entirely sure how clean the carpets themselves were. Also, some amenities felt a little wasteful — tea and slippers were replenished daily even if we hadn’t used them, which didn’t feel very environmentally friendly.

Being a 1- minute walk to the JR train station was perfect. Also, department stores, restaurants, all that Akihabara offers, was no more than a 3 -minute walk. Perfect. Nothing, it was perfect.

If you have children or you are a fan of anime this is the place to stay. Is in the center of Akihabara (anime district also known as electric town). No complaints

It is a very modern, attractive, and nice hotel. The location is literally right next to Akihabara Station, which is on the Yamanote line. You can get to the station from the hotel without evening getting wet if it is raining. Despite the nightlife and activity on the streets, the room was very quiet. The only noise was from guests in the hallway that didn't appreciate how loudly they were talking. Everything was clean and new, and the staff were very professional, as you would expect from a high-end hotel. The room, though nice, was quite small, even by Tokyo standards. There really weren't places to put your luggage and so with two people in the room you are kind of tripping over each other and your things. It's okay for a few nights, but this might prove tiresome for a longer stay. If you are by yourself, it would be fine. The mattress was unusually hard, and I typically enjoy a firm mattresses. It made side sleeping a bit uncomfortable. The price of the rooms was a bit on the higher end, but not unreasonable for Tokyo.

Convenient location, close to JR station, the rooms are very quiet, able to rest well after a long day. We are not aware that there are no safety boxes inside the room. It will be better if they let us know when we check in.

It was absolutely silent, couldn’t hear a thing inside or outside. No slamming doors, no elevator sounds, no sounds from outside. Whisper quiet.

Location was perfect! Right next to the train station, on the Yamamote line. The breakfast was the same everyday, but it was very tasty and had a lot of options. The staff were very kind and helpful. Lastly, the bathroom size was actually great! If I had to be picky, it would be nice for the breakfast to have some variety, but it was still good. Also, like most hotels in Japan, the room was small.

The location was exactly what we wanted. It provided the experience we had hoped to get with all the gaming and electronic stores. The hotel staff was friendly. I wish for the size of the hotel that there would have been more washing machines as the machines were usually just empty between 1 and 4 o'clock in the middle of the night. That meant little sleep if you wanted to do your laundry. I also wished the hotel had an 'old fashioned' check-in process and not just computer screens that wasn't entirely clear with the instructions. Staff assisted, but spoke not much English and the entire process took much longer than if someone had done a manual check-in from the start.

Great hotel convienent location. Hotel toiletries really nice. Ac in room didnt seem to work/i didnt know how to turn on...we were out most the day so did not give staff chance to address the problem.

We stayed here for 3 nights and booked 3 rooms. We loved everything about this hotel. We stayed on the 9th floor, and our room had a nice view of the train station entrance, as well as the small anime shops and claw machine stores around the hotel. We really appreciated how convenient the location was. Our two teens were able to walk around on their own and return to the hotel anytime, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our family. There is also a Starbucks and a convenience store right outside the hotel. I purchased the buffet breakfast during our stay, and it was great to have the option of either dining at the breakfast buffet restaurant or using the coupon at Starbucks. The hotel was very clean, and all of the staff were welcoming and helpful. If you are looking for a hotel near Akihabara, this is, in my opinion, one of the best options. The room itself was also spacious.

Location is great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The amenities were great. Everything you need such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash, moisturizers, bath salts were great. Too small the rooms. But I knew that when I booked. But still, not sure I’d go that small again. The pillows were flat.

Perfect location, just in front of Akihabara station

The property was clean and comfortable. Great choice for our first trip to Asia in Tokyo. The green JR line is literally 100 feet from the front door.
