APA Hotel Nishiazabu

The room I was staying in smelled like cigarettes.

It was a clean and nice room. 外から聞こえてくる騒音、おそらくエアコンの音だったと思うのですが、とてもうるさくて眠れませんでした。部屋のエアコンは問題なく、うるさくもありませんでした。 The noise coming from outside, maybe from the air conditioning, was very loud, and I couldn't sleep. The room air conditioning was ok and not too loud.

The hotel was located in a convenient location and the staff were extremely helpful (I can't stress this enough). The bath was small but the water pressure in the shower was amazing! Majority of anything negative in my review comes from the fact the hotel was listed as having AC but when I got there I was told it wasn't turned on until after golden week. They explained there is one central unit with a master control and if you wanted your room cooler, it would draw from the master unit. They said they don't turn it on until the following week even though it was so warm when I was there. The staff were helpful and tried to find a different room that maybe didn't have as much sun on it in the afternoon and provided a little fan but I prefer it to be cool when I'm sleeping and would not have booked this hotel had I known there was no AC that week.

I was very much glad to Stay in this location again .and I will definitely do go back.

Bed size too small

The older staff was annoying, younger staff much more reserved and professional in my opinion. Impossible to sleep or Rest during the day, there is someone in the corridor all day, and you hear everything, feels like no privacy. Not cool

Definitely like location since it was very close to the station, 5 min walk. I liked the city view from our room. The room was clean and large enough. They only have three combo washer/ dryer. And if you need to do a laundry, it may take hours just to get the free washer. Also the food it’s not the best.

vending machines for coffee and water were in strange locations and some not working.

Unable to adjust AC in room, hotel policy, not individual room issue. Room was tiny. We had trouble passing each other to move across the room.

The room was small, but clean and provided all I needed as a solo-traveler. I spoke English and the staff were easily able to communicate and accommodate me when I asked to check out a day earlier. Additionally, it was very easy to leave my bags there early, and pick them up afterwards. Cheers to the staff, they were the best part of the stay. The rooms were very small.

I didn't like that I couldn't use my computer on the TV via HDMI attachment.. This is a network security vulnerability for the guest that is forced to depend room public wifi to cast to the TV.

Warm welcome & Room was tight but comfortable. Great location.

the location is really easy to travel from, there is a metro and bus stop in walking distance. and the hotel is placed in a more quiet area of tokyo, which in my opinion is nice since after a long day of exploring all the busy places its nice to relax at a nice and quiet place well the room was a little smaller than expected, but that’s hardly a complaint since i chose a smaller room. but other than that i have no real complaints

Small rooms but expected for price and location. Very nice and great location.
