The staff was extremely helpful, kind and gracious. The location was perfect, a quiet street, but close to many fun and interesting sites restaurants and shops. The room was spacious for our family of four. It was simple but clean and comfortable.

Everything!!! Our room was always well maintained, DAILY!! The staff is polite and respectful. The room was spacious, there is 5 of us and the room we were given is almost good for like 8-9 people. We loved staying in there!!! None. We love it there!

Best location- so close to good eats in Asakusa, train station, temple. And the room is huge and clean and has everything that you will need for your travels! None

Perfect location and accommodation

I liked how big and comfortable the suite was for 6 people. The owner was very friendly too! It was nice always having someone to welcome us back and see us off too!

Nothing, it was excellent.

The hotel is located in the heart of historical Asakusa with many attractions close by. The famous street selling Japanese knives and other kitchen ware was literally behind the building, and good, authentic restaurants were plenty around. What is the best part of our hotel experience though, is Hiro San who is managing the hotel. He is dependable, patient, and tremendously helpful in our figuring out the many details of our stay. We had the best sushi in the restaurant he recommended. And more often than not, he went extra miles in assisting us in questions we had. The studio apartment conveniently has microwave and utensils. It also has a spacious rooftop deck for us to enjoy and take in the ambiance of the old town. It is not fancy in terms of decoration and furnishings but has everything we need.

The owner was incredibly kind, greeting us in the morning and evening and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was more than comfortable. The little touches of breakfast treats, lovely amenities of having bathrobes and extra water in the room made a long day exploring the city so nice to come home to. N/A

Cozy Apt-Hotel in a residential area of Asakusa run by a sweet man Hiro-San. 5-10 mins walk to Konbini, restaurants, metro line, 10 mins walk to Don Quixote and Sensoji Temple. 15 min cab to Skytree. Easy to hold luggage before and after stay. We had the 3rd floor family room with 4 twins and 2 futons. Lovely to have a kitchen table to sit at, frig and microwave. Shower stall is small but water pressure good. Toilet closet is cramped but has a privacy door. Sink outside the toilet can be used for both teeth brushing and dish washing. Beds and pillows were the best of all the hotels we had. Soft and comfy. Very affordable accommodation in a safe neighborhood. Thank you Hiro-San! This room is great for families as long as you don’t require privacy. The only place to change is in the shower area. Could use a hook or towel holder next to the sink. Wish the nightstands between beds were larger but was nice to have plugs for our phones there.

The snacks provided were also a nice touch. I don't think I can think of anything! The elevator was small but just glad we had one for all of our luggages.

The location is very convenient. It is close to the main sights in Asakusa and about 8 minutes from the metro stations, shops, and supermarkets, while the street itself is quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The staff cleaned it once a day. We were also able to leave our luggage before check-in. It would be nice to have a small kitchen in such a big apartment instead of 1 of the couches ? I would also prefer to send all the guest information in advance, so we wouldn’t need to register four people in the hall after a long trip. Just a suggestion ?

Excellent service by Hiro , and the rest of the staff, very friendly and respectful. The property is very clean complete amenities even smallest details like shower cap , cotton buds , cotton for face , elastic for hair , bathrobes, plates , glass, coffee cups , kettle , welcome goodies , coffee sachet , tea creamer sugar very good for a family . Plus the housekeeping done everyday .. ???. Location close to everything walking distance around asakusa’s temple, Don Q, ROXY, subway .. Nothing

Comfortable beds. Neat and tidy. Noise disturbance from guest on the floor above.

Spacious room with 2 beds, futon/couch, small table, and stool. Private toilet and shower in room (toilet and shower separated). Room also had a mini fridge and microwave. Elevator for guest use. Staff was accommodating. Great location for shopping kappabashi street and not a super crowded neighborhood. Saving on our list of places to stay in Tokyo. Nothing. (FYI: rooms cleaned daily between 11am-1pm, no breakfast options at hotel, maybe 4-6 rooms in total at the hotel).
