Great vibes. Staff very fun, supportive and attentive. Amazing job. Jimmy and Kira very wonderful hosts, had a great time. Highly recommended.

The staff was friendly, the room simple and clean, small but that encouraged me to go out and explore. Plus bathroom & water pressure was great. And umbrellas available to borrow during rain, so sweet. The location was a bit off the beaten path, but an easy walk to more bustling streets. I picked the place for the fact it was in the NE, away from the "busy" neighborhoods. And it was across from a park, made the stay overall more integrated than straight tourist. Construction was happening next door and woke me up one morning. Also didn't realize there are multiple "AND HOSTEL" properties. They were very kind in helping me get to the right one when I went to a wrong one, but something to be aware of then navigating with jet lag.

All staff were helpful and friendly beyond expectations. Nothing

It was near the attractions in Asakusa yet was located next to a neighborhood park. Peaceful yet convenient. 5 minute walk to the subway.
-
Nice quite location, close to subway
-
I liked my room, it was small but perfect for one person.

Very nice reception
-
No shaver provided. Air conditioning is set to 30 degrees but output is 22 degrees and noisy even if its switched off.
-
Location is very convenient to trains, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Loved that there was a park across the street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little cold and there was only an air conditioner option.

Staff so friendly and space so nice

Location was excellent. Noise coming from the heater was a bit annoying but other than that ecerything was fine.

Great location , nice wide bed, friendly staff, cute common space
-
I liked the common area to work, and the kitchen. It was clean and quiet and secure. The room was comfortable and I liked the TV. The room could use a ledge or shelf or more hooks or something for more storage, as we ended up shopping a lot and needed more space to put our luggage and things.

The location is good and the room is clean. The room is too small

This was an excellent stay. Super close to the main hub of Asakusa/Senso-ji, friendly staff, clean and spacious private room with private attached bathroom, communal kitchen and lounge area. Our room AND bathroom were larger than other hotels we stayed at during our trip. We could open both large suitcases at the same time! Water pressure and water heat was great. Staff answered all questions and acted as a great guide. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom very clean. If you want a very elevated hostel experience stay here. Though remember, the community is only built if you are social in the communal area! Be aware that you'll have to walk a bit from the nearest station, it would be smart to forward your bags when staying here (super easy to do, your previous hotel can help you out with this). I would stay here again. Would have loved a water kettle in the room instead of only one downstairs in the communal kitchen area. Not a deal breaker though! Still 24/7 accessible if you want hot water, just an elevator ride away.

There are hidden fees at this hostel. 1400¥ check in fee, 20,000¥ fee to throw trash away, 1000¥ if you want your room cleaned, there were several other fees too many for me to list here. They make you sign a twenty four page contract when you show up (not normal at all for japan). There was one friendly person, I think his name was Daniel. The other employees were very cold and didn't seem to hate their jobs. The floors in the room were dirty when I arrived. I had a seven day reservation, i left as soon as possible. Loseing nights of pre-paid cost just to flee this hostel. Please reconsider booking this place. Nui hostel close-by, where I change to, is much better. Or, you can stay at Apa hotel, a decent chain hotel in japan, for practically the same cost.

The small lounge area is quite nice for breakfast and to just hang out as we did waiting for our flight. We would definitely stay again! It would be nice to have bedside lights and more hooks for towels!
