Business Hotel Legato

Very convenient location, easy to get to from Tokyo station. Self check in was simple. The price was great too. The bed is a little hard but it depends on your preference.

The price was good. They have morning coffee. Auto-check in/out process was smooth. They have available a library full of mangas. I cant read Japanese so wasn’t able to use it, but is a nice touch. Is between some metro stations, but you have to walk kinda 10 min. The room’s window point to a wall, not a big issue anyway.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the location. Some of the facilities are a little outdated, but completely functional. Very minor issue.

Upon checking out, the guy at the reception gave a stamp book as a souvenir. And since it was raining outside, he also offered me to take an umbrella. It was a warm and nice gesture from him. Overall it was great value for money and I'll stay here again if I have the chance. There's no bidet

Small dorm room. No inside door lock. Cheap uncomfortable bed, pillow and blanket. No outlet, nightstand or light near bed. Windows wont open, no view. Unremarkable neighborhood. Loud refrigerator.

Toilet is out dated.

Self check-in system is really user-friendly. Once check-in is completed, you will get a PIN code to access front door and your room door. Although the location is not really in the center of Tokyo, that makes it more peaceful. If you drive and need to park overnight, the paid parking lot opposite the hotel is the cheapest in the area. There are a lot of one-way streets in this area so you may get confused driving around here.

The location was very convenient. Near 3 train stations, bakeries, stores and different restaurants. Also very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Somebody was smoking toward the last couple days of my stay. It was another guest.

Clean, big rooms, good location

Stayed during the Sakura season in an affordable quiet non smoking room with a ensuite bathroom. Close to Morishita station which is a few stops away from Akihabara, Asakusa and Skytree. Multiple restaurants and supermarkets (7-Eleven) in the area. Staff was hospitable and the room was comfortable despite being a two stars hotel.

The facilities are very good. The bathrooms are clean and good. Near the subway. Office workers go to sleep. There's no backpacker experience.

Very nice single occupancy room for someone who is on a budget. Very close to the train station. Room was clean. Very minimal.

I’d requested a non-smoking room but my room smelt like cigarette smoke. The bed was very uncomfortable.
