Loan of umbrella on rainy day. Large step to get into bathroom. Breakfast options very unusual (e.g. scrambled eggs were soup-like) and range limited.

駅のすぐ隣にあり、立地は最高でした。館内も客室もとても清潔で、においに敏感な私でもまったく気にならず快適に過ごせました。宿泊した部屋は高層階だったので、窓からの夜景もとても綺麗でした。スタッフの皆さんはいつも笑顔で対応してくださり、とても親切で丁寧でした。質問にも一つひとつ親身に対応していただき、本当に素晴らしい接客だと感じました。無料の朝食も付いていて、大変満足です。またぜひ利用したいと思います。 強いて言えば、お部屋は少しコンパクトですが、東京では一般的な広さなので、特に気にはなりませんでした。 また、バスルームは部屋より一段高くなっている造りで、出入りの際は少し注意が必要です。慣れないと足をひねってしまう可能性がありますが、これも日本のホテルではよく見られる造りなので、特に海外から来られる方は気を付けると安心だと思います。

A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away. The rooms are quite small, so it was a bit difficult to move around with our luggage on the floor. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely recommend this hotel Snakk rooms.

Its location is good, as it’s near a local train station with a direct connection to Shibuya. Staff is generally helpful. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are extremely small. The reception desk is located on the second floor, so you need to go there whenever you require assistance. Additionally, amenities are not delivered to the room; guests are typically asked to pick them up from reception themselves. For example, if you need an iron, you must go to the reception desk to collect and then return it.

Location is good for me. It is the overriding factor for me. I have relatives who live nearby. Rooms are too small. The price continued to climb. I don’t want to pay more than ¥10,000/day. The price for an adequate size room is getting ridiculous. The property is not outstanding. Everything is just good enough only.

Excellent hotel right next to the subway with plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and spoke English well. Breakfast was quite generous and run very well by two nice ladies overseeing it. Room was quiet and quite generous in size for Tokyo standards with a comfortable bed. Just a reminder that there is a step into the bathroom and the high bathtub, and no body lotion (but nearby coveniance store has plenty available) Hotel and room was excellent, no issues
