Price. The staff was very friendly. The location wasn’t really too far from train station and downtown area for restaurants etc Staff was good about always providing clean towels etc even when we didn’t ask for housekeeping daily Beds were comfortable. Quiet area which was nice Very old and outdated. Not the greatest hotel for looks and view. If you just want a bed and shower this would be your basic accommodation.

Very close to the Shinjuku center and public transportation. Spacious room compared to the other hotels in Tokyo which was the main reason to stay. Neither clean nor dirty. Old facility with outdated furnitures. The reception smells food unfortunately which is not the best thing to start and end up the day since you need to cross by it. I guess the ventilation system doesn't work properly, however it's not an issue for the rooms.

Location was fine as you are walking distance from the main parts of Shinjuku, but keep in mind you're a 12 minute walk from Shinjuku station. There was a 7-11 across the street. The hotel restaurant was affordable and fine. Got to the hotel a few hours before check in and they were able to hold my luggage for me before check in time. Staff was helpful when I forgot to replace my keycard and got locked outside at night. Booked the twin room for more space for luggage. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Bedding was clean and room service gave towels and disposable toiletries. You can control room lights from a control box beside the bed. Fridge, wifi, and hairdryer were fine. There were black stains behind toilet that could possibly be mold which was concerning, however I'm not positive if it was. The rest of the bathroom looked clean. There were wallpaper stains and the hotel had a dated retro look but it didn't bother me.

Location Tiniest hotel room with zero AC. It was sooo hot and miserable. I should’ve paid more attention to the reviews of this place. Would never return

It’s affordable and quite centrally located. The hotel is very old and it shows but it’s a budget hotel and you get what you pay for.

The 7 11 that is located right outside made it super easy to get a quick meal/snack. I also like that the Hotel provide luggage storage before/after stay. I didn’t like the restaurant options near by.

Location is very good. There is a 7/11 nearby (in 15 m). The staff is friendly. The staff can keep your baggage for free after check-out. The rooms are clean. Prices are reasonable.

Great area. Very kind and helpful staff at all hours of the day/night. It was an affordable price point and was a good sized room that was very clean. The foyer is a bit small and tight at times.

At first i was disappointed because the room that we got is smoking room. But the nextday they cahnge it to non amoking. The aircon and heat is controlled by the building we cannot adjust it base on our liking. The food was ecellent. The staff is excellent. The cleanliness is extreme. The building is outdated but its super clean. The location is good its a bit far from main city, its good for walking. The nearest subway or train is 10min walk. There is so much local ramen area and seven eleven nearby. Overall is good.

The A/C didn’t work. It was cold outside so we just opened the window. Thankfully it wasn’t summer.

The staff was very accommodating. They held our bags after check out so we could enjoy the area a little more before our flight. Check in was easy and the hotel itself was nice. It was slightly more expensive to get a non smoking room. Our room didn’t smell too bad but definitely had a musty smell for a bit until the window was opened. They provided an air filter but not sure how well that worked. I did choose to get a smoking room though to not pay that little bit more. Still enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
