Easy to control the room temperature. It was very tiny but ok.

Good staff with passable English skills, high quality but limited breakfast, 24 hour coffee, close to subway station, plenty of nearby food options, semi modern double twin room, daily housekeeping, provided in room amenities including water. Comfortable albeit small bed. Tiny room such that two people cannot walk at the same time. No place to put luggage or clothing. No outlet in bathroom so my wife was not able to blow dry hair in front of a mirror. Elevator got crowded in the mornings and programmed to stop on 2nd floor reception always. 10 AM check out time was a bit early. Double full room had no built in charging and older furnishings.

It is close to the subway and has easy access to the main city. All the staffs were friendly and helpful

The staff were so kind and helped us figure out how to ship our luggage to our next hotel. We were also surprised by the delicious breads for breakfast.

Perfect location in my favorite ward, good value for money, efficient staff, lovely cleaning personnel. The mattress is a torture device, dear gods, I'd rather have slept on the floor, but the room is too small to just throw down blankets on the carpet.

Great hotel in a very good location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The mattress is some kind of old spring style and is really uncomfortable.

Staff were lovely. Location was amazing. Room with a view! Free coffee from the machine in the lounge was greatly appreciated. The room would really benefit from a thorough clean in all cracks and crevices and under the bed once a week. I note others spotted this issue previously. If you have bad dust allergies do not stay here, under the bed was a layer of dust.

Excellent location, quite easy to find (but if you have trouble from street level, try crossing the road and look again). Very close to Meguro station, with lots of food, drink, and shopping options nearby. We arrived a couple of hours before check in, and the staff were happy to hold our bags while we explored the area. Excellent coffee (& hot chocolate!) in the foyer. The complimentary Continental breakfast of bread / muffins / croissants and coffee / tea, was very nice - as is the view over the street from the window seating (last photo). Staff were wonderful, room was comfortable, with a pleasant, expansive view out the opening window (3rd photo). We are nonsmokers but had to choose a smoking room due to availability. We asked the hotel to please keep the window open prior to arrival. They obliged, and the air inside was very fresh and pleasant, which we greatly appreciated. The bed in our room was comfortable, but softer than we would have liked. We appreciated being able to have 2 extra pillows. A suggestion: next time you are updating the quilt covers, please consider getting ones that are not as shiny and slippery. Although they look beautiful, they do not stay on the bed very well :-)

I needed a place to stay at the last minute (literally around 10pm ) and the whole check went so smoothly. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was sooo comfortable. I especially loved how big the bath was and the water pressure. Also the washlet seat was warm so that was a pleasant surprise. The view from the 9th floor was breathtaking. I really enjoyed my stay! Honestly I can't think of anything. I only wish I stayed longer.

The location is good. It’s walking distance from the station. Many conbini near the hotel The room is a little bit dark. The refrigerator didn’t work optimal. The other hotel in the same area I stayed before, provide with the mineral water bottle in the room. The charge for additional person in the same room didn’t have the standard price. I ask the staff in the morning, she said it’s 5000 Yen for extra person. In the night, the other staff said 7000 yen. So the rate change in just a couple hours??

Superb

There was no breakfast, but there where many bakeries around, so it was ok. All the staff is very kind, specially Ms. Mika that is really sympathetic. The rooms would be much interesting and comfy if the color of the carpet and bed covers were in neutral/light colors, due to balance the visual of the dark furniture. I recommend and would come back in future trips.

Room felt dusty and the air quality was not great but the room was clean
