If you have a reserved room for multiple days they dont offer roomservice. But they allow you to order food from services like Uber Eats right to your hotel room door

This Adult Hotel in Cherry season simply can NOT be beaten for location :). It is honestly about 6 meters from one of the MAJOR Cherry spotting locations in Tokyo (Meguro river). NOT ONLY is the hotel close to the river bank - but you have some 3 KM left AND right of the front door to walk and explore the river and take photos. Popular with river cruises, this is a prime location. As for the room, well the ENTIRE 6th floor is NO SMOKING - so if that's what you want - get a room on this floor. Brilliant staff (via translator) our lady concierge could have worked in a 5 star hotel! Our room had a GIANT bed, SPA bath, SAUNA!!! (really! only big enough for two BUT its a SAUNA!!). Fridge Microwave Kettle. Staff will (TG) hold luggage till you can move in). OK to bring in food to eat. And don't be put off by reviews talking about getting locked in or having to ring the desk to get out. Its not true - you can exit as you wish BUT to get back IN you have to call into the lobby at floor 2 for security. On the first night you WON'T BE ALLOWED IN before 21:00hrs (NO exceptions - don't even try). Not a problem (unless its windy and rainy and cold like it was for us). Sofa is a bit grubby TBH, window blinds don't open past 90 degrees. Bathroom light is dim. READ the instructions about not touching the short stay room door till on the left as you exit :) Meguro not that interesting generally

Comfortable, spacious room and good facilities. 10 minute walk from station. Parking is free.

location was a short walk to Meguro station from where you can get anywhere. 711 just around the corner. across the road is the Meguro river which is apparently one of the best places to see the blossoms. straight across the road!!! The room has a sauna. I guess a window would be nice.

You'll have to interact often with staff to open your apartment door when going to your room (no key card system). Not a big issue though!!

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

There was a lot of space, the bathroom was clean and big and location was close to bus stop to take you back to the train station which is uphill if you don't want to hike uphill. I would go again in a non smoking room.

Love hotel located in Meguro, 7 minutes walk from the JR line. Many coffee shops, restaurants and walk along the riverside. Tea kettle and microwave, whirlpool bath and mini infrared sauna in a dated but comfortable room. Late 9 pm check-in, but hotel will hold your bags on the day of check-in. Sour to your too Is unlocked by staff, when you come in, remotely. You do not carry a key card.

The location and easy access to a train station, as well as convenience stores nearby. The sauna was a very interesting touch as well as the jacuzzi, bed was extra comfortable and lots of free toiletries, fridge, microwave for that 7eleven a block away. You could tell some things weren’t extremely clean but the overall atmosphere was. For example before leaving I check underneath the bed to see if I forgot something which i almost did. Lots of dust and previous items left from past bookings underneath the bed. Some build of of debris or dirt in the fan. This is being nit picky but thats what stood out on the negative side.

Wide and comfortable room and bathroom with diverce cosmetics. I had sauna in the room, but I didn't use it. Windows - too high and too small, but I could open it and make air in the room more fresh.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! The rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable – the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The location is ideal: very accessible and perfectly connected with public transport, making it easy to reach any part of the city. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, peaceful, and convenient stay in a vibrant city!

and love hotel experience The bed is king size and the bathroom is nice and big. The room had a cool little sauna. The hotel is obviously still a love hotel, so there's that. It's not a fancy hotel, but it is functional... Well, we had the power go out from 7am to 11am which was a pretty big inconvenience. We didn't know about it until we got there. Check in is also pretty late. It's at 9pm. Luckily, you can store your luggage there.

    Superb

The receptionist didn’t give me any instructions/information regarding the room door system. (You have to call number 9 with the room telephone, she’ll answer the phone and unlock the room for you) So I found myself locked inside the room not knowing how to get out. kinda scary - especially in a room with no proper windows.

A bit of a language barrier but once you tell them you have a reservation in japanese they really try to help

Lack of smart TV, but fairly common thing to not have at hotel in Japan.

Location is good and there was parking Staff seemed to hate foreign people. Made me feel unwelcome and unsafe. I do not recommend

Room was very spacy with a lot on the bathroom side (it's a love hotel after all) : big bathtub and various equipments. Also comfortable bed and sofa. The location is really good being close to multiple places in Tokyo considering that Meguro is connected to the Yamanote Line. The Meguro station however is reasonably uphill compared to the hotel that is on the Meguro riverbank so it can be a hindrance. Staff is considerate to international visitors even if that's not the main aim of the place as you still can leave your luggage before the stay if needed. As obvious as it may be, one has to be aware when booking that this is not a resort but a love hotel with the specific way to run the place (closed room, no key, call to front desk for going out). It's a not a good or bad thing, it's just how it is but it's best to know before booking. I would not advise to pick such a place for a long stay though
