Excellent service from staff. Easy to communicate with. Very friendly. Laundry on site was very convenient! Location was great, close to bus stops and train station, and only a 12 minute walk to shopping area. 7-11 also near hotel. The room was smaller than expected. We’ve stayed at other hotels like this before but this one was really cramped. One of two clothes dryer machine was broken. Also someone on our floor smoked in their room so it went through the vents (I think through the bathroom) so it made me sick and couldn’t sleep.

It was compact but functional and comfortable. Very clean! The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed to deliver my luggage to my next stay.

Room is too small . One of us had to literally leave the room so the other could pack. Walls are really thin, we heard the neighbor snoring during the night. Bed was a bit hard and pillows uncomfortable. Carpet smelled a bit.

We did not end up staying. Was given the wrong room then waited several hours for the correct room. The room was not on the ground floor not soundproof as described. It was up 6 flights of steep stairs where you could hear everything in a mile radius and there were no kitchen or dining areas- it was all shared on a separate floor. We were very upset we were misled .

Rooms are definitely comfortable , it's perfect for resting and staying at, highly recommended , great area location , they also have many great vinyl albums and records to listen to in the waiting area or lobby , laundry is quick and efficient , great staff, great service .

The staff were so nice, the entire Hotel was very cozy and most thugs were provided without question like pajamas, bath towel and stuff. it might feel small at first but it feels so cozy after. The location was a bit meh cuz the station is 12 minutes away but on the walk there you see the senso ji Temple. not the worst

This place is excellent for a solo traveler. It’s close to everything, clean, and very comfortable. The proximity to Asakusa is a great bonus. There's a little walk to the closest metro line, but it's very pleasant. Honestly, for the price, the place offers pretty much what you would expect. Not much to complain. If your expectations are well-adjusted to the price you're paying, you should be good.

I like that the staff is very friendly. They had an area of amenities that you can get and I like that they were semi close to the main things in Asakusa The rooms were tiny. I could barely fit. I’m a 6’1 male and it was really difficult sleeping in that bed and walking through that room. Good for one night stay.

The size of the bedroom is a bit small, if you bring big luggage, it may be a little problem
