We liked everything
-
Very close by the train station. A four minute walk to the market and to the Asakusa Shrine. Would definitely recommend. I enjoyed everything!
-
Bed and pillows. Not soft and there's a smell. It is clean and tolerable still.
-
Location is pretty good Although when checking in, the two Chinese staff at front desks were really nice and helpful, their Japanese staff were cold, rude and arrogant, acting like they are way above their customers.
-
The staff were so nice, and the rooms were clean, and the apartment was super modern and therefore earthquake-resistant. The bathroom was also well equipped and had a tub and everything. The rooms are small, but that’s standard for Japan and they were very nice.

4th time staying here and it won’t be the last It’s perfect
-
Location was great to other sites. It also made it easier to explore Asakusa.
-
The staff was wonderful and always helpful. The location is a prime spot because of its closeness to many things like trains and sky tree. Room might seem small for some but it was a good size for our family!
-
Location, traditional feel to the room, very nice bathroom facilities.

Great location
-
Nice staff. Easy check in. Good location. Clean. Great coffee in lobby. Complementary water, slippers, robes. Shower curtain was smelly. Small room but that’s to be expected in Tokyo
-
Good location, lots to do around the immediate area. Amazing & friendly staff that was always there and happy to answer questions. Lots of nice amenities like the free coffee and more pillows if you needed them. Two elevators that were fast and efficient. They would set towels and fresh water bottles outside our room daily which was very kind. Room was tiny even for Tokyo standards, first pillow was awful but the free pillows available downstairs solved that issue. Chair in the room had some stains on it but otherwise the room was clean. Bathroom was pretty cramped, and it's a bit of a walk to the trains (not far enough to be a deal breaker though).

Just right for its price Nothing

The staff.

No complaints. It was a nice stay.

Location and staff were great And the beds! A bit old

This was our first hotel on our first ever trip to Japan. And out of all the hotels we stayed at, it was one of the best! Staff were welcoming, room had a really clean set up as well. The beds were really comfortable to sleep in. Didn’t realize that this was the only time we’d get good rest; wish some of our other hotels were up to this standard. The first time we tried turning on the heater, some dust came out of the machine along with a slightly strange smell. However, it eventually went away and was a very minor detail. I assume it was from the lack of use / dust burning off or something…

Very convenient , comfortable and affordable None

It is in a great location close to Sensoji Temple as well as the subway system. Lots of food and shopping in the area.

Overall good experience with free coffee machine in lobby. Beds were comfortable. Liked the bunk beds. Pillows are extremely hard and uncomfortable.
