The room was cramped although I was expecting that. Initially I booked the hotel with free breakfast but our plan got changed bc our air flight was delayed due to uncontrollable emergency landing. I had to rebook the dates and asked hotel staff if they can include breakfast bc this was out of control to rebook due to delay but they wouldn’t honored that. Turns out breakfast was expensive so we didn’t eat there at all.

I have stayed here 3 times, always comfortable, clean and a quiet relaxing space away from the energy of Tokyo. Large smart TV creates a space to relax when you need to rest It’s a little walk to all train stations but nothing to worry about. They have got rid of the kiosk in the lobby. Replaced by more cafe seating

Staff was super helpful and kind, accommodating for late-evening check-in and for luggage storage. Really cool rooftop view of the city and Senso-ji. The room was spacious and clean, just what we needed for our last night in Tokyo.

Location (close to activities, food, & train is Asakusa). First time visiting Tokyo. And we really liked the convenience of the location. Breakfast was simple but great. Room was a little small, but perfect for family of 3 adults. Nothing really.

Great location right next to Senso-ji Temple. It was nice to go for an early morning walk before the crowds arrived. Very good area for a first stay in Tokyo — after busy days in Shinjuku, Shibuya and Akihabara, it was relaxing to come back to quiter Asakusa. There are many small restaurants and cafés nearby. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and well maintained. There is also a rooftop terrace with a nice view. I strongly recommend paying extra for a larger room — the standard room is very small (which is normal for Tokyo), but the upgrade made a big difference in comfort. Breakfast was the only disappointment. There are only three set menu options and you need to make a choice and reserve a specific time one day in advance. It was good but you’ll have much better meals in Japan.

The breakfast was amazing, check in was seamless and the front-desk staff were so accommodating and helpful. It is also such a quiet location, just steps away from senso-ji temple so it is great for exploring the area by foot. A bit far from the subway but it's not a problem if you just take the bus to the closer stations.
