Very clean, simple, quiet and right next to the Iriya station The towel exchange and trash pickup is a little confusing at first, but overall it didn’t affect the experience.

Breakfast was okay. The choices are more of Japanese style. They should include more breakfast choices keeping in mind international travellers. Some staff weren't able to communicate at all in English. Breakfast should have more food options which can cater for International travellers choices.

I like how welcoming the staff are. I like how it close to the train station. Like their late night snack : rice with tea soup and the choice of yours toppings in it. Not at all. It’s great value.

Very friendly staff, great selection of free essential itens. Room was very small but in the other hand the beds were very comfortable and the towels very good quality as well.

Room was for 3 but was very tight and wasn't set up for 3 people. Only 2 pillows and 2 towels and everyday only get 2 towels when Room cleaned.

Convenience to Iriya Station. Very accessible. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Preference to ajar window for fresh air but unable due to closed windows.

I like the complementary breakfast with my stay and how well maintained the room was. I would add a bit more variety to the breakfast menu.

Close to the Iriya station, easy to get to hotel via exit 1 with lift (if you have heavy luggage’s). Easy to go to Ueno direction via station gate 3. Has 7-11 very close by, also Yoshinoya and Matsuya within walking distance. Has a tax free shop very close by to get some necessities. It is like a local neighbourhood. Quite small room but expected in most Tokyo hotel rooms.
