The location and its overlooking view of the Tokyo tower. The property was well cleaned everyday. There was no loud noise made by other tenants. The lack of plug inside the capsule. Hope there are atleast 2 outlet to plug for devices. But overall, no other complaints. The messiness of some tenants, especially in the shower area.

I had a fantastic stay at this capsule hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the property provided everything I needed, including pajamas, towels, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. While the bidet-equipped restrooms and showers were simple and compact, my individual capsule was surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and felt completely private despite closing with a blind instead of a solid door. The top-floor lounge was a wonderful, popular spot to relax and meet other travelers at night. My only tip for future guests is to request a lower capsule if you dislike heights or climb frequently; at 62 years old, navigating the ladder from an upper bunk for late-night bathroom trips was a bit inconvenient.

We wanted to try a capsule hotel experience, and it was a good quality hotel for that. Stayed 1 night, the capsule was bigger than we expected and sleep analysis was included in our price. Good location, easy to access. Storage space was also adequate, as we had shipped our bigger luggage before our stay. The space was a bit loud; you only have a curtain separating your capsule from the rest, and the noise is unavoidable even with earplugs. Can't say I slept well here.

The divider is just a plastic sheet so you hear everyone coming and going all night, i was up every hour. If there was a thicker barrier i would have slept great. So not the best place for light sleepers on the womens side

Very efficient place to stay. Super clean with nice toilets and showers. You will see both Japanese businessmen and backpackers staying at this same place. The capsules are really cool. Convenient location with lots of food options and close to the station. The upper floor balcony and lounge was spartan but cool. Best for people who travel very minimalist. Needing to use the elevator every time you go between the locker, shower, and capsule was kind of annoying. Also the locker room was quite small. If you only travel with a carry-on backpack, even it will hardly fit. If you have more then that it won't fit in the locker and you have to store it underneath. There is not enough space to open your bag on the floor if other people are moving around you. The printed QR-code card as a key was dumb, cumbersome, easy to lose and slow to operate the locker.

Balance price and traffic, it is convenient to visit so many place. Be quiet and clean

The capsule gets a bit stuffy and hot.

The rooftop The breakfast voucher was not worth it

    No luggage shipping.

Capsules are way bigger than We thought. There isn't enough space in the locker room. Maybe a table or two close to the lockers would be useful.

There necessarily wasn’t a problem , how as far as cleanliness goes everything was great without much room aside from a small stain on the window cover for the rooms , that’s it

It's a proper capsule hotel - be aware your bed is separated just with a blind, there is no proper door to separate yourself from other guests sleeping in other capsules. The staff is very helpful and assist you with your queries immediately trying to support - I really appreciate their help on the issue which happened during my stay. As much as I like the idea of capsules unfortunately other guests may make your stay very unpleasant. Unfortunately Japanese hospitality may have its disadvantage - this nation is just too polite and not strict enough towards international tourists who do not respect minimum rules they are asked for. Foreigners leaving their smelly and dirty shoes next to their capsules make it impossible to fall asleep - it is a minimum ask the hotel has towards it's guests and they are not able to respect that, needless to say that you have to neighbor with travelers having clear misunderstanding what hygiene is. The concept is great but be aware that other travelers may not be on the same page with accepting rules, and I admire Japanese to for staying polite and friendly towards internationals disrespecting the rules to lock your smelly shoes and not bring them to your bed. It was just impossible to fall asleep because of the bad smell andI raised it in the middle of the night to the staff - their reaction was spotless and immediate - this proves how customer oriented and helpful the team of 9h is - they immediately ventilated the area, cleaned up dirty shoes of other guests and spread room deodorant around. This shows the issue with the stay is not on their side but on the other misbehaving travelers.

The premises, the locker rooms, showers, restrooms.

  • Engine customer May 2026

Only issue is the sleeping pods are hot in spring/summer because there’s no sort of fan or A/C in it

  • Engine customer May 2026

No place to change or open your luggage. Very noisy ventilation and a lot of light in the room.

  • Engine customer May 2026

Great Place They should allow early chkin. That was a pain in who experience.

Loved it. Best capsule hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Loved the facilities, the staff and location. Nothing they can change, but the way it’s arranged (1F your suitcase and bathroom, 3F lockers, 6F Bedroom) it’s a bit uncomfortable

Everything were good Is a limited bathroom
