This is my second time booking this place and I honestly will keep coming for it. Location is really convenient, just mts away from suidobashi train station! everything was clean and nice and for the price, i would keep staying here whenever in tokyo

Great stay with a really cool layout. Super futuristic! Staff was very friendly aswell and help my luggage for me for a few hours. It was a little inconvient to have to change floors simply to get ready for bed but it isn’t the hotels fault. No complaints that can be changed.

It’s conveniently located near the station and Family Mart and Cafe, offering excellent value for your money. You’ll find a spacious lounge, plenty of lockers, and numerous showers and sinks. I wish there were more toilets compared to other facilities and after going to the capsule i stressed about need to go to the upper floor to pick something.

Despite the limited space in the lockers I was surprised about how much I could fit, my Large luggage fit perfectly. The bed was comfortable and the capsule was spacious. The facilities were clean and the staff was very attentive. I think some instructions aren’t entirely clear, so maybe the full information such as where to drop your clothes for guests staying multiple days, how to scan the card into the locker (mine didn’t work the first time and had to be reactivated) should be added to the QR code you scan when you check in

Suidobashi was a really great area. I really enjoyed it, still pretty central but more quiet. The capsule hotel was clean, everything is run like a well oiled machine. Staff are helpful. There's a really nice cafe downstairs. There's no blinds in the bedrooms to the outside, and the blinds on the actual beds don't cover the light at all. So good luck when the sun rises at 5:30AM blazing into your capsule. The lounge is incredibly uncomfortable, I wouldn't bother using it unless you have to. You also can't use it before you check in at 3PM. Many guests don't seem to have much self awareness of the level of sound they make, thumping loudly as they walk around the bedroom, ripping their blinds open You get kicked out of your own capsule everyday to be cleaned. So you can't access your bed between 11-3

Very clean and simple hotel facilities, great for the price. A convenience store over the road and close to the subway. The capsule is large enough to sit up in, and didn't feel confining to sleep in. The women's floors are only accessible by a keycard which operates a separate lift system, which makes it feel very secure. I liked having a completely separate floor for the luggage, which prevents you being woken up from the noise of people moving their bags etc around. The sleep report you receive afterwards is fascinating, and was one of the main reasons I wanted to try this capsule chain. The lockers are operated via scanning the keycard, but I found them a little tricky to open - each time took several attempts. My medium-sized case fit in the locker nicely, but large luggage will not - and so another guest had placed her suitcase and bags right next to the lockers instead, blocking some part of the access for me. I had to move her things one morning to access my own locker. There's not a lot of space in the locker area in general to open and repack your bag, so in the morning, I had to step over or around other people in that area packing their luggage. On a separate note, the dorm lights are quite bright, which is useful for moving around but even with the capsule blind closed and lights off, my capsule still felt too bright, so I'd strongly recommend bringing an eye mask.

Can't stire the baggage after checkout! I had a full day carrying 2 heavy bags with me in Tokyo. I was truly disappointed ?

Cheap and the good location The area where the lockers are is a bit narrow

Easy, cheap and convenient. If you’re willing to buy into the capsule hotel concept, this is the place for you.

Even for a capsule hotel/hostel, it felt way too cramped. I stayed at another hostel last month that had more space than this place. The capsules, while spacious, had the most uncomfortable mattresses and pillows.

We still have not received all of our sleep studies which we paid for, in spite of several emails. I received one response saying wait for 10 days which we did before writing again. Crickets. The only reason we stayed here was for the sleep study so it is particularly aggravating. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

It’s pretty close to the train station .

Very interesting concept. I think it is a perfect place for a short stay.
