Spacious spot in a quiet area, yet just a 5-minute walk to Oshiage Station. 7-Eleven right across the street and plenty of great food nearby. The kids still talk about it—our favourite stay of the trip. Terrific, responsive host as well! Nothing really, everything was great.

We had a pretty late flight but the host were crazy accomodating, even having a staff member stay later so that he can meet us upon arrival to give a tour and instructions etc. Not much other than maybe 1 more lamp in the common area.

The stay was amazing! They offer lots of amazing services and are very happy to help you. The rooms are very nice and are perfectly located. Very close to skytree with loads of shops and restaurants. Also loved the view of the skytree from the room. Would stay here again! If you dont like uneven flooring for your beds this might not be for you. There is a kettle and a fridge but no cups, cutlery or plates.

How easy the host Dai made everything about staying at the property. We were also able to ship our luggage from Osaka to the hotel which was a huge plus. Also, Dai helped us book a shuttle to the airport Nothing, everything was super clean and a great experience

We had the entire third floor, and the rooftop to ourselves. Not too many places can meet the needs of a family with 2 adults and 2 kids, but this place was perfect for us. The sleeping arrangements are unique. That said, they were quite comfortable, but it did take some getting used to when I got up in the middle of the night.

perfect for family and groups

Beautiful design, spotlessly clean, amazing kitchen and very convenient to have washer and dryer available. Host Dai & Tei were very attentive and super nice. They helped me with all my requests and responded promptly to messages. Stairs is narrow and difficult for seniors, but not a deal breaker.

The property was spacious and had very good facilities. Perfect for our family of 5 wanting some extra room after long days exploring Tokyo. Added benefit was the rooftop sauna, fabulous way to unwind! NA

This is a beautifully designed apartment and had a unique sleeping pod set up. The location is in a quiet street and is walking distance to the train station.

Owner was very helpful and friendly. Quite a new place to stay in Tokyo.

We absolutely loved the style of the property. It was a joy to stay in. The right blend of quirky and functional made our stay in Tokyo perfect. The AET is also in very convenient location!

Easy access and great to have whole family in one room. Bumped my head a few times but that’s Japan !

Exceptional

so spacious! we were 4 and we were able to move around freely especially having so many luggages. oshiage station and tokyo skytree are less than 10 minutes away by walk, a convenience store across the hotel and grocery/drug stores around. the staff is amazing and so helpful with our questions! no elevator but the staff will bring up and down your luggages. we didnt get to use the outdoor tub, we would get home late and didnt feel like using it at night with all the buildings surrounding it. the towels were a weird fabric, i hope they change it to normal white hotel towels.
