Breakfast and friendly staff Just a few small things… They don’t have baggage rack/stand in the room. For me, it is essential. I also wish they provide a shower cap either in every room or public bath.

I loved the location. I didn't know it was in the textile district until I started to look for a place to eat. It is in a quiet neighborhood only 10 minute walk from the Nippori station. The hotel is easy to find and the room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they changed items everyday. I was disappointed by the very basic sento/public bath but I found other options in the neighborhood.

I stayed here 1 night, the day I landed in Tokyo. Highlights: The breakfast was a feast of various Japanese flavors - tempura, grilled fish, "onsen" boiled eggs, soft tofu, tasty soups, salads, fruit and more! As someone who loves Japanese cuisine and plentiful nutritious options, I was more than happy. Relaxing in the hot sento bath after a long travel day was bliss. Walking distance to the Yamanote line. Room was very clean and met all basic needs. This may have been because it was my first night and getting used to the time difference, but the bed felt a little firm for my liking and it took a while to get to sleep. Everything else was great.

Breakfast is great with tons of food for everyone. I personally enjoy traditional Japanese food. All hotel staff (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping) greet you with friendly smiles. The location is great from NRT airport and it is just a few minutes walk from Nippori station. One thing is that they do not provide shower caps… I take bath in the evening and morning, and I don’t want to wash my hair twice a day. I bring my own now, knowing they don’t provide any, but once in a while I forget. It would be nice if they can provide it upon request.

This hotel is new, clean, convenient and the small double room has enough space for 2 big suitcases to open. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the hot spring bath there. Besides, the staff let us leave our luggage there for 4 days until we came back from Mt. Fuji and stayed there again. We greatly appreciated this thoughtful service. When I was booking this hotel, I got confused about the differences between small double and moderate double. Actually, they are totally the same type and of the same size. I suggest guests just choose the double room of the lower price.
