The staff were exceptional! They helped us check in and were very kind. The room was clean and comfortable and allowed you to set the AC to your preference. The location was perfect and directly across the street from the subway line.

- Very clean - staff very helpful - great location We booked a double room but a little too small for my liking but you learn to adjust quickly. Not a deal breaker.

Very pleasant location with sleepy backstreets leading to the Sumida River. Very attentive staff.

Clean, nice view from 13th floor I specifically searched for a hotel with the parking, and it was indicated that this one had it. I also specified my arrival time. And yet when I arrived it turned out that their "parking" is just one place for one car which was already taken. But they had a nearby coin parking lots map all ready and printed out. So it cost me 3000 yen more than I expected. They didn't even validated that one, so it really looks like a scam. Standard Double Room was unexpectedly smal, so the pictures were taken with extremely wide angle ? I also was looking forward to included breakfast, but it was is in the nearby cafe, and on weekends it opens at 9. I was the first visitor and it still took them 30 minutes to prepare coffee and a sandwich. Overall, I feel really disappointed ?

The location is great and convenient. I like the convenient store, the laundromat, and the enviornment around the hotel. The room is too small.

There was a weird smell from the air conditioning unit and we were offered to change room but we considered it too much of a trouble

Near Train Station and lots of place to visit Nothing
-
It was very nice Staff would of been a little more helpful on questions that were asked

Very close to the station, including an entrance with an elevator for accessibility or traveling with large luggage. We were able to send our luggage from Osaka an received it in the lobby, and staff stored our luggage on day of check out till we were ready to depart. Room are a bit small, but that is standard and they had everything needed. The cafe they have a contract with to provide breakfast was not very good, we ended up just getting breakfast elsewhere so save the few bucks with your booking if you like more than sandwiches for breakfast.

Access to portable chargers and hot spots The stuff was very unfriendly and not approachable at times.

Very accessible. It’s a few minutes walk from train stations. If you like walking, it’s a stone-throw away from Asakusa.

Location is amazing. Close to many interesting places. None

Great room for a very reasonable price, excellent staff and amenities. I have stayed in many hotels across the world, including many high-end luxury hotels, but my first time experience at APA Hotels was one of the best hotels I've stayed in, without even accounting for the price. This specific location is only three stations away from Tokyo Station via the Toei Asakusa line, which means it's in a really good location. Plenty of excellent restaurants around, and close to the Nakamise Shopping Street, as well as several convenience stores less than a block away. Great for solo travelers as well!

A typical business hotel and it is our second time of staying here while we were in Tokyo. Checking in was seamless and we even sent our luggages from the airport to the hotel whilst we travelled around Tokyo. It was very convenient and it's great that they gave us a corner room so it was more spacious. The room was rather dusty and it's recco for travellers to bring a mini fan + humidifier because the room can get stuffy.

Proximity to the train station. Near Asakusa station

The location and cleanliness Everything else. The rooms were way to small. I booked 2 rooms for me, my wife and 2 daughters: 15th and 8th; and the rooms were still to small. The toilet inside the room was positioned poorly. Nobody would be able to sit properly, well except for my 8 year old daughter, because she was small. But not for me, my wife and 15 year old daughter. I booked 2 rooms from 23rd December 2025 until 27th December 2025. After that move to Sapporo, and booked back the hotel for 30th December 2025 until 1 January 2026. When I asked the staff to keep my 4 luggages for 27th December 2025 until 30 December 2025, he refused rudely. We have to bring 8 luggages to Sapporo and back, it ruined our whole itinerary. For the second booking, 30th December 2025 to 1 January 2026, I already prepaid in full through booking.com. But since 26th December, the hotel keep messaging me every 2 hours asking for my arrival time. They said in their messages that if we missed our arrival time, our rooms will not be available. I mean, already fully paid in advance for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Why in the hell they still threatened me????? I definitely would not stay in APA Hotel chain anymore.
