The location is far away from Tokyo Station. Although there are local line nearby but not to most of the tourist attraction. The hotel is hiding inside small lane. The location is not as good as other APA hotels.
-
Location near metro station so its easy to move and about 10min walking to the JR Tokyo station to take the shinkansen or Narita Express to te airport. A couple Family Mart and 7 eleven near, like everywhere in Tokyo xD The breakfast, compared to others APA is kind of underwhelming on variety side, but aside that, the food is very good.

The room was clean and we were provided with all the necessary supplies for our stay.
-
The rooms are very congested and small
-
Affordable and convenient accommodation in Tokyo downtown Restaurant too small for the size of the hotel. Ended up walking twice the time (10 into 20 minutes) from Tokyo station due to construction
-
Staff friendliness. Breakfast (Japanese with a bit of Indian). Location. Functional appointments given the small size of the room.

The location was fine The rooms were really tight. I purchased a twin room and a double room and the double room was smaller than the twin room. The building is a bit odd and there are no stairs up to the floors, just an elevator. The hallway is also odd with openings to the floors below...very dangerous and also stinks.

The staff was great, location was great. Are only rated the beds low?Because they were very hard and firm. Some people like that. What type of bed. I don't.I like a very soft bed. i didn't like the pillows either. I in fact had to go buy two pillows so I could sleep. This is just a personal preference and not against the hotel itself.

Great location, close to everything.
-
Room was small for the price. Stsyed last week of March. Small room, A/C, heater was controlled by the hotel.
-
Very clean, friendly staff. Second time staying and loved both times.

Good, quiet location with a nice, easy walk to the Ginza area. Tokyo Metro (Takaracho) just around the corner. APA Hotels are very consistent in terms of service, style, and overall comfort. Very reliable in that sense. APA should invest in training their staff in English. It is not east to communicate with the staff - they try to help, but it winds up being lots of smiles, hee-hee-haw-haw, and ultimately nothing meaningful is communicated.

Great location, staff were very friendly and all process was smooth

It was close to a family mart. They had an Indian lunch buffet in the hotel. A little off from the train station.

Checking in and checking out were swift and convenient. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. A few staff assisted with area information and/or recommendations. They created a welcoming environment. It was nice to have a complimentary essentials in the bathroom. The location is great- short walk to great shopping in Ginza and convenient public transportation to many other areas. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It sank in the middle. The sheets were itchy causing splotchy redness on my skin. The pillows were not comfortable and had a rigid mesh interior that did not feel nice. It would have been nice to have a key translation for the thermostat so you can know how to operate the direction and strength of the fan, auto functioning, etc. The cleanliness of the room was in between the lowest range- the bed and desk were dusty upon arrival, there were hair strands on the comforter, but the bathroom was very clean. I don't remember requesting a quiet room, but it was quiet.

our best experience at the APA Hotel was our interaction with the staff member Kanakoe Nozoe. She spoke English and was very professional. Miss Nozoe is a great representative of APA Hotels. Most other staff members ( front desk) did not speak English and were not helpful. If there were more front of house employees such as Miss Nozoe it would be great. English is the international language and it’s use by employees would most certainly enhance the experience for the international traveller.

Clean, close to train and subway stations. Convenience store close by. Breakfast just a step away from the elevator. Staff, friendly and very helpful.
