A wonderfully pleasant stay, well worth the money invested. The location is wonderful; there is a train station right in front of the hotel, and the breakfast option comes with a discount at Danny's (with a mixture of Japanese and Western dishes). Minor thing of not having the fridge on while we are away, and the air conditioning because the room gets stuffy, but it cools off quickly, so it's really fine.

APA hotel was an amazing experience we had in Tokyo. The staff is amazing and it was one of the best hotels to experience Japan hospitality. We would like that the breakfast could be served at the property, but it was nice walk to Dennis to get breakfast. The hotel does not have a restaurant to provide breakfast.

Location, staff Room had a very bad smell coming from the AC unit and the carpet also smelt of humidity and dust:/ everything else was of standard APA quality however the smell in the room really impacted our overall satisfaction

Not a great location - it was about 20 min from the station and near 2 subway stations, but not much else. I arrived a bit later in the evening and essentially everything was closed except for convenience stores and a grocery store. It is not an ideal place to stay for exploring Tokyo.

It was our first time staying at the APA hotel chain, and if we come again, we would stay here again. The price felt a bit expensive compared to the other hotels we stayed at, especially without breakfast included.

close to the hibiya line and close to multiple konbinis! front desk staff always so nice and helpful! one elevator but honestly we never waited long! also the dryer doesn’t work, ran it twice and our clothes still damp so we went to the laundry place they recommended.

I didn't like that I had to carry humidifier. I didn't like that I had to sign that I will return some amenities. Also, had to do something on my phone I remember?

Staff could have been more accommodating. Room was extremely cold, was told I had to go to front desk to get a portable heater. Having only one elevator was extremely challenging and frustrating.

Close to the center The room is extremely small Reception staff not very friendly. Not easy to comunicate with them in english
