Breakfast was provided at a decent price; the amenities provided were practical; the location was 2 minutes from the Ningyocho station so traveling from the hotel to other areas of Tokyo was doable. Not applicable

Small, but cozy. Quality over size in terms of the space and materials combination to include the bed, bathroom, and the texture or materials used. You don't have to worry about location in Tokyo. By train with train stations within walking distance, don't fuss as much over your proximity to downtown. The rooms are beautifully designed to keep you comfortable and relaxed. What else do you need other than a beautiful space to rest after a days of exploring? This APA, as it was my first experience with this brand and the only one I have tried so far is worth the stay for the money. Breakfast for an American conditioned eater, was a challenge but not bad. Just different and it not a bad thing. Just culturally not what I am used to.

Hotel staff are very friendly. It cost me 250 for 2 nights including breakfast. Breakfast hard to call such as it was extremely poor especially for that price. Its my second time staying in APA hotel, room is small but it’s not a big deal as you basically there to sleep but this carpet floor is not giving a nice feeling, I am really not sure if you can really clean it properly with that much people staying there.

I always enjoy my stay at APA hotels. They are clean, comfortable beds, good tv, small fridge, decent size room and bathroom. The location was good, 5min walk to the nearest metro station. The staff was kind and friendly. The gentleman that welcomed me when I arrived, was very funny and polite to help me check in (fast and easy check-in as usual). I was solo traveler. Nothing to comment on.

The staff were the nicest people, just for the staff alone we will go back there next time. It’s a bit older building, otherwise it’s been kept good.

The carpet in my room could have been a bit cleaner. Putting my bag under the bed caused a white powdery substance to get on my bag.

Not much. The location is convenient, but beyond that there is little or nothing to recommend this place. Our stay was part of a wider trip to Japan that involved staying in 6 different locations. This hotel was BY FAR the worst hotel that we stayed in. The rooms are small, even by Japanese standards. Our room was dirty and very poorly maintained (decorations, plumbing issues, broken fittings). The staff were generally unhelpful and uninterested. The breakfast room was quite simply filthy. The floor was sticky, serving counters were dirty and crockery was not properly washed. The lady running the breakfast room was more interested in watching videos on her phone than serving customers. The breakfast itself was disappointing compared to the other hotels we used. The day before we left we asked the front desk to order a taxi to the airport. On the day we found out they had forgotten to do so and had to order one ourselves at short notice meaning a late arrival at the airport.

Modern, clean, comfortable and pleasant room, normal size/square. The TV was too bright for evening/night hours it would be great to have an option to enable a night mode or simply reduce the brightness.
