Clean rooms, cozy, easy to access
-
Location is perfect, walking distance to a few stations (but quite far from the Skyline station going to Narita airport). There are also a lot of stores (food, shopping) nearby. The rooms are too small even for one person. If you can make sure to take front access luggages only otherwise it will be a struggle
-
Only good location near to the metro station So small room
-
The room could have been a little more cleaned, there was hair left on the wall in the shower.
-
Small room for two people
-
This property is located near several train stations with easy access to all of Tokyo. The neighborhood is not too busy and on the quiet side Nothing

Clean and great location, near station

The only good thing about this hotel was location! The rooms were extremely small, poorly ventilated, and far below what would reasonably be expected from a 3-star hotel. The bathroom and toilet were also very cramped — two people could barely stand side by side. Overall, the property felt more like a low-standard motel than a hotel. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The food quality was poor, with very limited options available. The coffee machine was dirty, there was no milk available, and the overall breakfast setup appeared poorly maintained and unprofessional.

It would be much better if the room was a little more spacious.

In my opinion, this hotel is not economically viable at all because the price on the booking app and the price they charge at the reception are different. They are basically deceiving travelers with the price on the app. In general, I do not recommend it for staying. It is not a good hotel. Everything, very clean facility in a great location. The price was even better as I got it on a deal, it’s easily the second best hotel I’ve ever stayed in next to the Omni in la. Can’t say, solid staff and facility overall!

The hotel only has 1 microwave for all of its floor and the microwave is located at the 1st floor. There's no laundry machines which is very inconvenient for long term stay. The staffs are not helpful. They're impersonal.

Bathroom is very small

Location was very good, lot's of accessible lines, stores, parks and tourist traps. Very clean, staff gives new clean stuff and cleans the rooms regularly. I had too much and probably didn't use half of it lol

Friendly helpful staff. All ok
-
The property was easily accessible from several stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check out was easy. I liked that we could leave our luggage at the hotel after check out. The pillows were a bit stiff.
-
Attentive staff who spoke English quite well. The facilities are what you would expect from an APA hotel, even if this is one of their smaller properties. The location is perfect if you are flying in from Narita, as it is a short 15-minute walk after taking the Skyliner. The rooms are small, which is to be expected when traveling in Japan. The elevators can take a while to arrive during peak hours, particularly around check-in and check-out times, so it’s worth being aware of that.

Friendly people Extremely small, cramped, and uncomfortable. We found much better options for the same price in Tokyo later on
-
Nice quiet room on one of the higher floors. Stayed here previously and it was very noisy on Level 1. Walking distance to the train and metro stations. Nothing.

Very convenient location for stations and to grab late night food, whether it was a convenience stores or restaurants. Lobby area is very small and doesn’t provide the safest place to store luggage. When we arrived, everyone who showed up before check-in time was asked to leave their luggage in the lobby.
