The best location for Nippori Station.

The tubes in the washroom seem wearing out and there is some leakage of stinky smell.

The hotel and room were very well presented. The room was meticulously cleaned daily. The hotel staff was very polite and courteous. The breakfast buffet was of a very high standard. The location was perfect, quiet area and located close to the train station. There was nothing to dislike about staying in ART HOTEL Nippori Lungwood.

Dry close to Nippori station and easy to train to the airport Very warm. A/c not on…room was stuffy. Also, a double room means one double size bed, not two beds

Close to Nippori train station, walkable to shrines and sights Too warm in room. Only fan on, a/c not turned on in rooms although it was 80+ degrees out. Room was listed as a double…hotel’s meaning was one double bed, not a double (bed) room

Location location and location. ART hotel is just a few minutes walk from Nippori station. From Narita with Skyliner, we didn't need to stop at any station. We carried 4 luggages + 4 carry-on, our family with 2 young kids could easily manage it. Hotel was nice and clean. Front desk and services were great. We stayed 2 nights then rent a car at Toyota nearby before coming back to stay 2 more nights. We left luggages at the hotel and they were already in the room when we came back on the 2nd check-in. We're happy and will stay at ART hotel again in the future. none

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The hallway leading to our room was noticeably dirty, with stained carpeting throughout. After checking in, my children showered before I did, and I noticed a long strand of hair stuck to the bathroom wall that was clearly not ours. I assumed housekeeping had simply overlooked it and that it would be cleaned the next day. However, even after the second day, the hair was still there. Overall, I felt the rooms and common areas could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Another disappointment was the friendliness of the staff. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming during check-in, and throughout our stay we found the service to be somewhat unfriendly, which was surprising given the excellent hospitality we experienced elsewhere in Japan. While the location was outstanding, improvements in cleanliness and customer service would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Great breakfast facility. Really nice stuff. I booked a room for 2 adult and a kid of 11 years and I´ve got a room with a double bed but their double bed is in average smaller then others hotel. So we asked for a bigger room.

The area the hotel was in. But it was close to the train station.

Location and staff. The staff were were excellent. The rooms were extremely small. There was a 1 inch bug crawling around in bathroom one morning.

Location was perfect after a long 10 hour flight and short train ride from the airport. Was an easy short walk from the train station with our suitcases for the brief 1 night stay we had here before heading down to Osaka. Staff were amazing! I can't comment on what I didn't like as stay was only 1 night so too hard to judge.

A small nearby neighborhood to do some walking and shopping. Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful and pleasant. Although very close to one of the train stations, it is quite far from the areas of Tokyo that I wanted to see. Also, getting the included breakfast on the weekends was impossible as lines were out the door.

A small gym free to use 24/7. The staff were kind, helpful and spoke good English. Typical business hotel, older but clean and functional. Few of the lights in our room were broken (we were staying only for two nights so did not even try to solve it with the staff). Pretty thin walls, talking from other rooms was pretty audible. Very loud fridge, impossible to have it turned on during the night. Temperature in the room was controlled automatically and couldn't be changed.
