The location was great. Walkable to a lot of areas. Quiet area in an alley way. Perfect views of the city on the balcony. I didn’t like it,I loved it!

Loved everything! We stayed in the junior suite and our daughter stayed for a night in a deluxe double room before we traveled to Kyoto and we all loved it! Gorgeous rooms, fantastic amenities, and because this was our second stay at the hotel, they remembered our preferences for the room and offered us a beautiful gift for staying with them again. The coffee shop downstairs is lively and the location in the heart of the Sensoji area could not be better for this small, quiet hotel. The front desk staff is AMAZING and a special thenk you goes to Tsuruki San at the front desk who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and smooth! Also, very easy to ship luggage to and from this hotel. Thank you. No notes. Keep in mind this hotel is difficult for taxis to access.

Although our room looked nothing like the pictures listed, it was a pretty decent stay. Since it was listed to have a shared bathroom and shower, I was a bit afraid, but there were individual showers for every room which was fantastic. The location was close to the shrine and had many fun shops around, tho it was a trek from the station.

Wonderful location to see temples and to get to trains. Good facilities and staff were kind and helpful. Very clean! Thank you! Bed was a little soft but they helped by adding a topper. Thank you!

We stayed in a top-floor suite, which was extremely spacious for Japan standards. The bathroom was large and stunning, and the veranda was a lovely feature. The staff was very helpful with any questions I had, and the hotel was centrally located. The hotel itself seems a little outdated for the price, but the suite was great.

THe room had a great vibe! Small but very comfortable and clean. Aircon was great and the staff was very helpfull, even got a ealier check in! Location is great!

The staff is super amazing and accommodating. The location puts you right in the middle of Asakusa with shops and Senso-ji Temple within comfortable walking distance. The room was neat and clean, and the bathroom was roomy. No complaints here.

Amazing view from the room. Hotel is not clean and needs renovation. Bathroom was not clean, with stains on the walls and ceiling. Floor needs to be renovated, table has scuffs and stains. Bed is not comfortable. TV is so old, YouTube doesn’t play videos.
