Staffs were the best. Super helpful and nice. They gave Japan the best first impression the country could’ve asked for ^^. And the docks behind the hotel have some amazing views and infrastructure. Room too small. I get that it’s a super congested city and every room counts but I couldn’t even stand in the room

Room is clean It is smoking room. Deodorization does not help. Need to spray disinfection Also, staff English is not so good

Older building and rooms that are showing age. Clean enough but not as clean as other hotels we stayed at in Japan.

Solid hotel. Not outstanding. Staff tried hard. Hot tub at onsen with very thick bathtub ring and not nearly as nice as pictured. Breakfast overpriced. Decor a bit outdated.

I like how attentive the staff is and how professional they are. The dry cleaning services are phenomenal and not too expensive for international travelers. We are very pleased with our stay! 10/10 definitely recommend.

My room looked relatively freshly renovated in Japanese style. I really liked the room and the view was amazing. The shower water was nice an hot compared to other hotels I stayed at. The toiletries were very nice and it had a small fish tank which created a nice ambience. The access to the wharf was direct from the hotel and was nice to walk at night to soak in the city lights. We didn't try the restaurants as we felt the pricing was just to high compared to other options just a short stroll away. We didn't use our Onsen vouchers as my wife and I don't feel comfortable getting naked with strangers. It's a shame you can't wear your bathers. Alternatively we should be given an option to get a discounted room given the ONSEN cost 1700 Yen to use per person.

The location is fantastic and it’s right by the water. Friendly staff. It wasn’t expensive either. The rooms were very small and they weren’t very clean. The curtains were dirty and the bathrooms weren’t clean properly.

Excellent location. The hotel is 70m away from Takeshiba station, which is a perfect for trips to Big Sight Tokyo - if you travel for business. Yet, it was just 2 ststions away from Ginza. The rooms are well equiped, although a bit more storage space would be much appreciated. Generous bathroom area and separate toilet with heating and bidet was very welcome. Breakfasts were nice. Rice and Miso soup for breakfast was my daily choice. If you decide to pay extra for Harbor view, you will be greatly rewarded with an amazing sunrise every morning + breathtaking sight at the Rainbow brigde. The breakfast menu was exactly the same during all 7 days of my trip. More variety of food would also be nice.

Beautiful view over the harbour of Tokio and Rainbow Bridge. Good variety of food for breakfast. Nice relaxing Sentō (public batch) with view over the bay. Staff at the reception could not use my credit card for the stay, although it worked perfectly fine in the supermarket, so obviously the machine or the provider is not sufficient. Found an old mould packaging of a sandwich on the windowsill in my room.

This is an exceptional hotel. It is located on the side of the Tokyo Bay, opposite to Odaiba. we could see the sea from our room. I like everything.
