It's my second time here and I loved it just as much as the first time!
-
It was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was AMAZING, enough bathrooms, sinks and showers -
-
I believe no to leave for cleaning? It was difficult for me figure out to enter property.

They have some toilets and bathroom so you do have to worry about waiting for other people take a bath. Maybe some guest sometimes little bit noisy, but maybe because they late to check in or having trip that the reason.

Female only and it has living room

The hostel was cleaned everyday. There were enough showers, sinks, mirrors, and toilets for everyone. I never had to wait for them even when the hostel was completely full. Beds were as small as expected for a capsule bed, but very comfortable, I was surprised! There were also many free amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, hair straighteners, Q-tips, water, tea, and coffee. The lighting in the bathroom were really good for women who wants to do their makeup too. The location was also great. Just a quick walk to the stations and the center of Akihabara. I've stayed in many places in Japan and a few hostels as well, but this one felt the most "homely" with the people there. It also felt very safe. Good for female travelers. I would stay again. It was worth the money and experience. The bed space is like a capsule hotel. I was fine with that though because I saw the pictures and already knew before going. However, the bed spaces may feel a bit damped? There isn't much room to open a luggage. I brought a carry-on suitcase so I was able to do it, but if you have a big suitcase then it would be very difficult. The lobby area is very small. Maybe 4 people can be there at the most. However, that also helps with the homely feel in a way. You do have to pay for towels and toothbrushes, however the prices were very, very cheap!

I stayed here for 11 days, I found the place very clean, the staff is friendly and kind to me... always helpful... this place is very close to the kombini and the station... the size of the bed is enough, neither wide nor narrow... but as it is at the end, I can put a lot of things... for me, this place is not noisy... I can sleep Nothing

I had a nice stay here. I dont really understand all the bad reviews. I think in value for money it’s good. Clean toilets, clean showers, comfy bed and nice staff too.

The access to it, the very scarce privacy compared to other capsule hotels, the bedding, the bathroom facilities..

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is good - easy to get to from the train and close enough to lots of different areas. It felt safe; there were lockers for larger items. It was a bit difficult to understand how to get into the hostel. The directions mentioned "once you get to the restaurant," making me think the restaurant was involved with the code for the hostel door. Just a bit confusing, but fine once I figured it out. There is a memo with your name and access code taped to the door on the 4th floor once it is time to check in.

Clean and smell like home?☺️ None

Good location very close to Akihabara station. Emails from the property confirming check-in procedure were useful. The hostel is very run-down and quite unpleasant. Everything is cramped and feels unclean, there is no good storage room, and there is a nasty sour smell in the shower and sink area. We booked last minute, so we knew prices would be higher, but this hostel was extremely overpriced regardless.
