Everything was amazing, from the staff to the comfort of the room!
-
The stairwell was closed. Should be open since the elevator can take awhile.

We loved the facilities, super friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect for us, not overwhelmed with many tourists. We would definitely re-visit again. Nothing really.
-
Close to train station and restaurants. The toiletries offered were great. The convenience of a washer and dry was helpful even though there were only two of each. The pianist playing in the lobby while we were there was a lovely bonus. The pillows were hard. The shower curtain smelled like it hadn’t been washed or changed from the last occupant (s). The room in the annex was small for a couple.

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was nice. Not too busy like touristy areas, but had a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. The Akasaka train station was super close and easy to get to. I was glad we booked this hotel.

Small size of room ( but thats everywhere in Tokyo)

The staff was amazing. We arrived to early for check in, so they held our bags while we explored the city. When we got back to get our rooms they had already delivered our luggage to the room. It was spacious perfect for the last few night. We were able to have the space we needed to pack our luggage for the flight home

This hotel has two separate buildings both are very close in proximity. Overall location is good. Facilities clean and comfortable. Location was great close to food and shops. Good sound proofing on the Amex building. Smaller room but overall has what you need.

Located on the super busy streets of bars, restaurant, be ready for noisy nights Hotel is old and even if everything is clean it does not look great.
-
No coffee machine in the room.
-
GREAT LOCATION!!! walkable to a bunch of great spots and super close to a station.
-
rooms were a bit smaller than expected. some rooms didn't have a closet or space to put suitcases so it seems like we were stumbling over them.
-
the whole process was easy, staff were smiling and we didn’t experience any problems the room is small but it is normal for tokyo so it didn’t bother us
-
Great staff and location. The hotel had all the necessary facilities and amenities. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Rooms were quite small even for a king room.

•Location. •Very welcoming, friendly and helpful front desk staff. •Walking distance (~1-15 min) to shops and restaurants; and attractions. •Walking distance (~10min) to Subway. •Terrace/balcony with furniture (rocking lounger was a bonus!) •Would definitely stay here again! Nothing

Excellent location, very clean and great service. Room was decent for central tokyo and the price we paid. A crib (rare find in tokyo) was provided and would be suitable for younger babies (under 9 months), it was a bit small for my son (1.5 year old) to sleep but he did play in it a few times while we were in the washroom. There are some games in the front lobby which was a nice touch for young kids and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Love the central location. We were in a corner room with two sides of windows, one side was facing (east?) and was really bright and hot in the morning. Need better black-out curtains to sleep in (sun would rise around 4:30/5am and wake all of us up).

left some personal belongings in the room and they were able to send it to our friend in Japan.

The location was quite convenient, as it was right in the middle of a commercial area, and is walking distance from the train station. The rooms were very clean and well kept, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. It would have been nice to have a washing machine and a microwave in the rooms, as opposed to having one in a common area.

This was our second time staying in Akasaka which we love so the location was the biggest perk for us! The room itself was extremely spacious and the shower had great water pressure + stayed hot/warm. Additionally, the staff were extremely kind and accommodating! Our bathroom had a distinct smell that was quite unpleasant. We spoke to the staff about it and they had someone check it and clean the bathroom again but that did not fix the issue. We believe it was coming from the toilet but due to the automatic nature of the toilet lid, there was no way to keep the lid closed so we kept the bathroom fan on at all times and just dealt with it for the five days we were there. Like some other reviews have mentioned, the washer/dryer combo in the room which was a sell for us ended up not meeting expectations. There is a sign in the room that mentions that the dryer will not fully dry the clothes and it is common in Japan to hang dry but that is a bit unrealistic when you're living in a relatively small room out of suitcase.

The staff were amazing a very helpful. The rooms with the balcony and washer/dryer are very worth it. Nothing.
