Friendly staff and easy to check in and out. Quiet area and walking distance to the subway stations and train. Close to many things we wanted to do The room was quite small for 2 people and the shower curtain was a little stained. There was a stain on the toilet seat cover in the inside of the seat as well

Clean room and friendly staff. Within walking distance of the fish market, Turret Coffee, and at a stretch Ginza It could be easier to get to the hotel from Narita Airport

Its definitely much bigger than other business hotel but the bed wasn’t the most comfortable or the softest. It was decent enough to sleep on.

The price was cheap and the location was convenient. Next to convenience stores. The room was uncomfortably HOT to stay in where I was sweating constantly. Any form of Airconditioning did not exist for the most part..... The halls, lobby and outside was cooler to be in. When I complained and asked to change rooms thinking maybe it was just the room; I was rejected being told it was the same in every room.... I was offered a fan then was told he would fix the air con system for my room which he did and it worked for just the night. It became hot again in the morning and periodically. I rarely complain to hotel staff but it was that uncomfortably hot that I regretted my stay there. I even care less on the old beat up look in the room and the slight stink from the toilet but the heat was unbearable and I was thankful that I was not there during summer.

It was close to the subway. We booked double beds and we only got one. The bathroom had a horrible urine smell.

It was very quiet. I liked the pajamas provided. Staff were friendly. The body soap didn’t smell good. No bottled water provided.

Typical room with bed and bath. What more does one need? Very clean. Great location close to trains. It was perfect.

All was good, room is a bit small but that’s how it it like in Tokyo :)

Location Aircon is hot. Aircon is centralised. No way to adjust the temperature.

Room was clean and it’s very near to metro stations and it’s near to convenience stores for food & snacks. The room size which is normal in Japan I guess.

Reasonable price, convenient location, portable water from faucet, good water pressure from shower I couldn't find the A/C remote

Very convenient location, overall is a very clean hotel My room faced another building, so there was essentially no view. Additionally, the air conditioner wasn’t working at the time, so I had to open the windows to get some fresh air

The location is great and the rooms were clean. The check-in process was fairly easy though had to wait it line for 15-20 mins. If u want a flexible hotel, this is not it. They do not reply to your requests via email; I had an emergency and wanted to change my check-in dates, the hotel did not even reply. The manager during check-out was pretty irritating. They charge a late fee for check-out. I was late by 4 mins and the manager did not have the good graces to waive it off and was discussing rules. Plus, it has the tiniest rooms for single occupancy, but this is Tokyo and seems like that’s normal; but still too tiny. If a 6 feet person stretches their arms wide they would be able to touch both walls of the room.

I liked that it was very quiet and clean. They brought clean towels daily. It was conveniently located near Tsukiji market The room was very tiny with no closet. There was no space to store my walker (like a wheelchair ) and we almost tripped so many times. There were no grab bars in bathroom.
