I loved the breakfast and the open bar! The food was very good and they had allergens listed on each item, which was also fantastic. We used the steam cleaning machine pretty much everyday too, it really helped with keeping our clothes nice and fresh without having to go to the laundry room :) I also really liked that our themed room came with some complimentary themed items ;) I think the robots are a bit scary to be honest, it was very easy to use though. I think if you have a small kid they might be scared. I like the dinosaur hotel, I think that makes it less scary.

Clean and quiet location yet close to convenient stores and restaurants. None
-
The eating area can be a bit bigger

The staff was helpful and friendly and there is a convenience store and subway stop nearby. The room smelled of mildew. The beds were extremely hard, and the bed for my teenager had an even thinner mattress. There isn’t much in the neighborhood and the few local restaurants close early and require reservations. Your nearest bet for dinner is to go to Tokyo Station.

Location Too small for a 4 person stay that they offer. One bed is a really hard couch, horrible to sleep on after a long day only one pillow that are not comfortable. Personally I would not stay again even though the personnel was very nice

Nothing. Maybe free alcohol. Puke on wall in between the beds. Crusty curry finger print on blinds, super hard beds, crusty coffee on the wall, crusty toothpaste on the wall in the bathroom… Wasn’t offered an alternate room, wasn’t offered for the room to be sanitized, was just told that unfortunately I could not get a refund.

The rooms were very small, the beds were hard and the pillows were uncomfortable.

They don’t have the luggage transfer service

Nice hotel Lovely hotel

I wish the robots did something cooler
-
Great location and room size was spacious?? Wish there was at least 1 front desk clerk and change up the breakfast ??

I like the way the hotel always supplies foods in the morning, afternoon & drinks at night. The pajamas was comfortable, our family love it Maybe you can open the dining room 24 hours so people can do supper (we only need the table & chair)

It’s so close to the train station It’s so far from all the places The place is so quiet, there is nothing to do there Restaurants are so far , I didn’t like the location at all

I liked the ease of checking in. I liked how clean the rooms were. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The bed was also not comfortable. The location is a bit off the main area of Ginza, but just as expensive as other hotels. I thought the robots were weird, and would have preferred real humans. I would have appreciated more amenities for personal use.

The breakfast a little disappointing, but they had to-go bags ready, which was nice
-
It was close to train station and lots of great places for shopping and eating. Lots of great hotel amenities! The self-serve bag storage, check-in & check-out were great. The ability to vaccum seal and weigh your bags was nice.

The robot at reception, need people much better, the breakfadt no value 1 euro!!!! Very nad there was nothing

The lounge with free drinks and breakfast, the LG styler in the room, we had everything we needed basically There is no baggage sending by the hotel so you need to send it from another location, the room was pretty small, like all japan, no staff to ask questions

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway stations and lots of convenience stores/Aeon supermarket nearby. Free simple breakfast at the dining area near front desk. Walking distance to Tsukiji Outer market Plus point is LG Styler which allowed us to dry our clothes in room. We can monitor the status of laundromat units on the room TV. The self check-in and check-out process is unmanned. Only two robots sitting at front desk, making any queries with staff difficult. We had to call to reach the hotel staff. The room is small which is the standard size in Japan
