Hotel Horidome Villa

Nice staff. Enjoyed the neighborhood. Just a few blocks from subway stations, and not far from Tokyo Station. Free coffee. Clean room. We stayed there on three occasions. On one of those they gave us an early check-in and a room upgrade, which we really appreciated! Room is small and rather plain, but that's what we expected and it was fine for the price.

A nice comfortable accommodation close to transportation, a quieter area and many restaurants.

About the room : Extremely small, the bed was small too. There was no place to open the suitcase but considering we are talking Tokyo, for this price, it should be okay.

Wifi was terrible, completely unusable at the beginning before staff helped, but their solution needed an additional router that took up space in an already extremely cramped room. Even after the fix wifi was in and out and made any work or buying tickets impossible. I had to pay extra to use my own roaming. Unacceptable. The hot water was very difficult to adjust between boiling hot and tepid. Made worse that the the shower head could not correctly point to the middle of the tub. Housekeeping also interrupted once despite no housekeeping sign being attached to the door.

Quiet neighborhood but only a few minutes walk to food and shopping. About a 15/20 min walk to Tokyo station

Convenient location and easy to find Too cramped bedroom and bathroom hard to place luggage in the room

Rooms are small, the two of us struggled to open our suitcases fully. Cleanliness needs some improvement. Walls are thin so you can hear people outside/ next door.

The location is very near subway stations. Very convenient with a lot of konbinis and restaurants around. We have stayed here multiple times and we keep coming back. The value for money is worth it. We will still come back here. We highly recommend it but not for those who don't like small rooms. We understand that the facility is old but they should improve the cleanliness. There is a lot of accumulated dust even on the AC. If you have allergies, be cautious. There were also visible molds on the bathroom. But very minimal.

The best localization for visit Tokyo , good restaurants, convenience and very quiet neighborhood, add the station train and bus around the hotel ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very convenient, it’s near a lot of trains, food options and stores. Very small and tight space.

The location is great, convenient and close to a few stations but also in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The rooms aren't totally sound proof, you can usually hear the other guests in the hall as they are leaving or getting back in.

It was very close to the tokyo Main Station it had several Metro entrances near the hotel and even a direct bus stop Abt 5mins away, local restaurants 7eleven, family Mart, a bakery, italian cuisine was available I don’t know if This is Common but Our Room had no windows from time to time it felt suffocating and i got sick becasue of using the clima so when we didn’t the room was very very hot. Also there was/is a very unpleasant smell in our room. Thought it got fixed, the smell was still there
