Very clean and comfortable. Located in a convenient place very close to the station. Lots of restaurants in the surrounding areas. Perfect for what we needed it for. There isn't much storage space in the room, it could use a closet and some drawers. We missed a fan for the bathroom.

Location was really great! The hotel is close to "Gotanda Station" around 1-2 min by walk. In addition, Gotanda station (JR Yamanote Line and Toei Asakusa Line) is very convenient to go to other tourist attraction place in Tokyo such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, and travel hub such as Shinagawa and Tokyo. The room was so small even for 1 person. Also, the cleanliness was not good. My room has the smell which may caused from the air conditioner. So, I used the refresher and my perfume spray in my room. Also, there were some dust around refrigerator and table.

The hotel was very close to the station and there were many shops nearby. I stayed on the ninth floor and it was quiet enough for me to relax and sleep I don’t like to complain, but on the day I stayed in my room I discovered dried rice on the carpet floor next to the sofa chair. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed.

Great location. Right by JR Gotanda Station. Small, cramped rooms but typical of a Japanese business hotel.

The staff didnt inform in the first place about the check out time. So we check out at 12pm and we must pay 2000yen. Not worth it at all. And please take a more attention to the sanitary thing.

I would have loved a view of some sort, but getting a quiet, clean and comfortable room close to amenities more than made up for missing out on that.

It’s very convenient few minutes walk to the station. And having Family Mart at the ground floor is a plus. The rooms are very tiny.

All staff, from reception to cleaning, are very attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is a very short 4 minute walk from door to station platform. The room is a bit dated, but clean and functional, which is all that matters. Staff can help with requests, from getting a taxi to storing bags before and after check-in/check-out. English friendly. No problem with the smell of the room, BUT if you open your windows for a bit of fresh air, expect your room to be overwhelmed with the smell of food from the restaurants nearby (which may be a good or bad thing). Overall, not a big deal.

Nice room in perfect location for bullet train next day to Kobe. Staff were very helpful in helping me use the luggage transfer service to a hotel further on in the trip.
