Great breakfast with 6 set-menu options you can choose from. Tried all and likes most of them. The vegetarian option wasn't good, and being a pescetarian, it was a bit dull. I am sure you can create something even better =)

The hotel was clean and everything functioned well.

The room was small but it was exactly as it was advertised so it doesn't lose points for it.

I spent hours researching where to stay in Tokyo, so many options! We opted for the Akasaka neighborhood and this hotel because of its proximity to the metro. It worked out perfectly, search no further for your accommodation for your next trip! Easy transport to all the other neighborhoods in Tokyo and we even enjoyed the neighborhood of Akasaka as well. The staff was wonderful in suggesting where to eat or answering any questions we had Small rooms, but this is to be expected in Tokyo and we also knew it going in based on the hotels description.

The stuff was a bit shy or not so talkative and happy looking. the rooms are bit small, so not for families or people with pets recommended.

The hotel is located in a nice and calm area of Tokyo with many shops and restaurants nearby. The subway station is only a 5min walk. The breakfast is not a typical buffet, but has only a limited variety.

You needed your key to use the electricity in the room.

We enjoyed the neighbourhood for its variety of restaurants and cocktail bars (go to sparrow). Central location and easy to get to transport. The Japanese breakfast was excellent! Rooms are very small which is not a surprise for Tokyo but smaller than expected. I found the bed a little lumpy.

Close to many restaurants and the train station. 7/11 across the street, and the breakfast included with the stay was delicious every time.

Great Location with many bars and restaurants, and good connectivity of public transportation more than 4 Subway Lines. 3 stations away from shinjuku and omotesando. Nice Ambience, room size just ok. The bed is not very comfortable, although the room space is good compared to other option in the same price range. More positive than negative points though.

Great location close to major stations made transiting around easy. Okay area - lots of bars and restaurants didn’t feel too great a night a lot of men’s services in the area which wasn’t great for female travellers. Otherwise good location 7/11 right in front was convenient. Outlets used my Canadian ports so no converter was required which was a bonus. PJ available (one size only), tooth brushes, hair combs, slippers and mini packs of toothpaste as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower. House keeping came daily (10:00 - 12:00 am) which was nice but you could request for them to not come in but mandatory they come in every 3 days for security reasons and will leave paper at your door. Staff was nice you can keep your luggage in the lobby for check in and out. But it is not locked away it is just right in the front lobby with a number on it. I was concerned about theft as often there wasn’t alway someone at the front desk you needed to ring the bell so I used a bike lock to secure my luggage but you should be fine to just leave them just a personal preference to lock mine. Front desk Staff spoke some English and was able to accommodate my very late in check 9:00 pm. Room service did not speak any English. Room was small booked a double bed x2 people - bed was very comfy and nice showers hot water and great water pressure. Keep in mind little to no privacy in the bathroom you can see right into the shower and washroom from the bed. There is curtains to create bit of privacy but not completely as you can see through the sides of the curtain and no lock on either to bathroom or shower doors as it was split in two different sides and two separate doors. Not a lot of storage space to place belonging but you are able to fully open your luggage which is nice considering Japan hotel rooms are normally small. I got a great discount on my stay if I wear to pay typical price that this hotel runs for I would say it’s not worth top dollar and over priced as breakfast is not included, and rooms are very small. Nice that it is close to stations. Good value for money considering I got a heavy discount on my stay due to sales but in my opinion not worth full price value but use your own judgement.
