Nice room, good customer service N/A

Close to nearest station, quiet and calm area. Simple room with all you might need. The facilities were clean, and the staff was very friendly as well. Smaller room - not incredibly small but definitely something to take note of if you are bringing more than 2 pieces of luggage per person.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Nothing
-
Rooms were spacious and excellent 16-Sqm (compared to other Hotels in Japan), the facilities were good and the staff was very helpful. Overall value for money. Great stay ! None

The walkway is open so it might be a little cold when you get out of the room (if travelling in winter).

Did not have breakfast. Location was convenient. No place for my wife to site with a mirror and do makeup.

Family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) we booked two rooms and the hotel was very accommodating to have the rooms next to eachother when requested. The hotel was a great stay for us location-wise as the train station was in close proximity and was able to offer the monorail straight to Haneda airport. There's also a Family Mart convenience store close by which was nice to have. When we arrived, we were a bit early, but as the rooms were ready, they let us check in early. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our room had a double bed and our teens room next door had two single beds. We felt that the beds were comfortable, and personally thought this hotel had the nicest pillows that we came across on our trip. Everything that we needed was provided. As with many rooms in Japan, these rooms were tight. My husband and I each had a medium piece of luggage and were able to keep one luggage along the wall out of the way, but the other was at the end of the bed; there wasn't really much space thereafter to walk. The room had a small area to be able to hang some clothes. The bathroom was spacious and had a proper working extractor fan which helped to keep the moisture down in the room, but if needed, there was a dehumidifier provided. The shower was powerful and provided non-stop hot water. It was SO quiet! Very easy to get sleep here. We had a 2am flight out of Haneda, so we had to do a check out at 10pm and this was easy and quick to do that late in the night,. The hook for the shower head isn't tight enough to hold the shower head pointed at you if the pressure is on full; it forces the head to turn sideways. I ended up using the lower level hook for the shower head and had to crouch down to rinse or remove the shower head from the wall.

Small dark room faced onto a stairwell for an apartment block so dark during the day and then constantly bright at night. Difficult to find charging outlets in room; had to unplug the humidifier. Bathroom had fluorescent white light - felt like I was in a hospital and there were water stains all over the shower wall. Breakfast situation was dire -- soups served for breakfast? (by which I mean, lobster bisque and corn potage; no miso soup iirc). sad scrambled eggs etc.

Staff was friendly. Location is amazing. Breakfast was ok, basic things like scrambled eggs and sausages, salad and other greens with dressing sauces. Some breadrolls. Highlight are the soups. Each day 2 soups available. This is mostly my fault, but this hotel seems to be more like for short term visits for 1 or 2 nights. Therefor the room was not that big for 2 people with large suitcases and other

Excellent location. Close to the Hamamatsucho station, but in a quit location. 2 of the 3 rooms I stayed at at this location wasn't clean. Upon check in, the bed sheet had some kind of red smear on it, approximately 2 inches. I was willing to chalk it up to sometimes these things happen at a hotel. The Hotel moved me to another room.immediately, I noticed that the floors had obvious crumbs of food. But the worse part was the bathroom floor. Disgusting. Pee dripping near the toilet and pubic hairs! I normally, don't leave negative reviews, but this just too dirty!

the room is a bit small for 2 people. Not much room for luggages. Other than that, room is clean and comfortable.
-
Hotel is expensive for location and room size. Location is 2KM walking from Tokyo Tower, 1KM from JR Lines and 3KM from Ginza. It's in a residential area surrounded by buildings on all sides with no view and privacy if curtains removed. Worst Breakfast ever.
-
Staff did not speak English, which was weird, considering this is one of the business districts and the hotel is close to the transport hub. A bit expensive too for what was provided - the hotel needs renovation.
-
The staff was wonderful; they helped us ship our luggage to Osaka and greeted us each morning on our way out. The rooms were small but to be expected. Comfy beds, very quiet at night, and a short train ride to most things we wanted to do. Nothing :)

I loved everything about my stay here! The closest stations are a bit of a walk (compared to how close others were to other hotels) but it wasn’t terrible. I loved the location, quiet friendly area. If you got about two blocks back you’ll find some restaurants and shops! And there’s a few 7-11s around!
-
This place is close to both the station and the monorail. We were able to walk with our luggage. They stored it for us before our flight after we checked out. I like this neighborhood because it is quiet , near the water and good restuarants. We liked how convenient the bathroom was. Its unusual because you shower in the tub. but it had good hot water and a comfortable tub. The room was pretty quiet. The room was smaller than I pictured form the picture. There weren't electrical outlets near the head of the bed for the cpap. There was only a corner for luggage.

It was a bit of a walk to get to public transportation. The location was a little bit away from everything.
-
Friendly and helpful staff! Interesting and unique breakfast! Short walk from train station and nice neighborhood to explore! Rooms tight for two people but if the purpose is to enjoy Tokyo and not do much more than sleep and shower in room, the.m perfect! Breakfast but this hotel has a unique presentation of breakfast!

I like the location, the hotel staff was very kind and the area is very quiet. I wish the room was bigger.
-
Even though the room was compact, but it has bath tub and a comfortable room! It’s located near the gokart area and you can find several konbini there The accomodation is not that far from station, but I guess we picked wrong time to move out. It’s quite hassle to bring your luggage in rush hour
