I was treated like a V.I.P. by the front desk. They were extremely well mannered and very helpful. Excellent breakfast. I will definitely stay there again, just for those staffs. They made me feel very comfortable traveling alone.

The staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful! The amenities they provided were also tip notch! Check in and out was so easy with the screens. The rooms were clean and the air conditioner was the best our whole trip. I would say the breakfast isn’t the most worth it. The beds were not very comfortable. Very hard mattresses.

We were super appreciative that we could leave our bags there while we were in Kyoto (we booked this hotel on both sides of the trip) The staff were amazing! The beds were very hard.
