Location is excellent. Breakfast is below average. The bath sink is small as the ones on the planes ( Economy class ).

First and foremost, the staff. Everyone is always available to help and they all go above and beyond the call of duty to help. We knew rooms were small. However, it’s still a great value.

The location was in a quiet area shielded from the usual city noise so it was great and peaceful to sleep at night. The Thai restaurant that serves breakfast only served limited option

Great location in Ginza, only a 6min walk from the station. The toilet seat wasn't heated compared to most toilets in Japan and the room felt a bit small for two people.

Location and Free Coffee They have remove the Smokinh area at the lobby from my previous stay in 2020! And the Concierge didnt even that they have it!

the staff was very helpful and always cheerful! This was my first night back in Toko and I forgot how small the rooms are. throughout the country i only had one problem: the laundry located on the lobby floor: This is a wash/dry machine that does everything and takes more than an hour! BE CAREFUL I asked about the water temperature/and the dryer and was told it was a standard temp and could not be altered. DO NOT WASH anything that might shrink. My new knit shirt shrunk from woman/size 14 to something a child might wear. No it was not an expensive top, purchased in Italy on this trip. The problem was you can not find a replacement in a size that will fit a European. When you travel 8 wks, only packing the minimum needed. The lost of one shirt forced me to waste time doing laundry every 5 days.............they need to change the setting on their machines. the hotel also sells 'universal' converters: they do NOT work on USA appliances

Clean and the room was nice. Near Ginza attractions and the staff was helpful. There is no common area to relax in away from the room if needed.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful, and the room was always clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the heart of Ginza's shopping area, and easily accessible from both Ginza Station (Exit 09) and Higashi Ginza Station, about a 5-minute walk. Highly recommend. Unfortunately, I was disturbed by the sound of talking from the next room while I was sleeping. The wall is supposed to be soundproof. Hopefully, the hotel management can look into improving the sound insulation between rooms.

Location & staffs are great ? An old hotel, accor/ibis did NOT even change the interiors from the previous operator/brand hotel.

Location was perfect. Staff were friendly. Free coffee machine for members. The laundry was tiny with two machines. Always busy and hard to get an opportunity to wash. The drying cycle didn’t work well. Took at least four to five drying cycles to dry. Rooms are tiny but that’s expected in Japan.
