Very clean and well maintained. Close to Tokyo Station. Shower was a little small but manageable.

Great location across of Tokyo Station, walking distance to Ginza. Hotel’s complimentary drinks and light snacks were great at end of a long day out exploring or shopping; washer/dryer available (just read directions throughly and carefully); check in and out quick and easy; quiet overall unless coming across other hotel guests in lobby/elevator. Smaller spaces but it is the normal in Japan hotels. Our party of three had enough room (bed wise) but add in larger luggages then it becomes tighter spaces (so consider better functional luggage, if able to).

Location very close to Tokyo station. Clean facilities and the complimentary drinks (soft and coffee) were very nice Rooms were a little tight but we had adjoining for 5 people. Typical Japanese type rooms, narrow. But we made it work fine.

There was a problem with our original booking so they moved us to a sister location and it was amazing. The whole process was seamless, they upgraded our room with no extra charge and it was a great place to stay. Easy quick walk from Tokyo station and close to so much. We actually wished we’d booked two night. Highly recommend their Colors location! Clean. They thought of everything. Great location. Kind staff. Comfortable. Too notch.

the location is perfect. just in front of Tokyo station and walking distance to the center of Ginza. The hotel is very clean. We stayed the first night and then we travelled to Kyoto for 4 days. and then back to the hotel for 5 nights The hotel kept our luggage's for free while we travelled light to Kyoto. Very much appreciable. The room was a bit small, even if we stayed in a big room. Was quite small for 3 people. (room was up to 4 people). Small window on the side... so it felt a little claustrophobic. Good for a night or two...

We chose this hotel for an overnight stay as we arrived in Japan but were catching the Shinkansen in the morning to head to Hiroshima. This hotel was clean, comfortable and very close to the station! Our family of 5 easily walked with rolling luggage from the hotel to the train in the morning. There were 711 and Family Marts nearby to get water and food. We also ate at a lovely coffee shop around the corner in the morning before catching our train. Our room was comfortable and had pajamas, slippers, toothbrushes and hygiene items available which was a delightful perk.
