What a beautiful welcome to Tokyo. I got off the train and was dazzled by how close Hotel Keisei Richmond was located just outside the train station. Then, the beauty of its welcoming sliding glass doors and easy to read signage made it simple to understand my location and get excited for where I have just arrived to, Tokyo Japan. Nestled near the opulent Skytree, it was always easy to locate where I was in relationship to the big beautiful city sphere in the sky. The hotel staff was warm, kind, friendly and polished, welcoming me as the elevator doors opened into their well designed and elegant reception desk. I exited the elevator. I very much liked everything about this stay, except I found a stack of receipts from a previous guest in my room somewhat up-top one of the fixtures against the wall. There was also a wet towel in the bathroom around the head of the shower. It must have been left from the previous guest but those two things went incomplete or not thoroughly cleaned, giving me the slightest impression that other things could be similarly unseen or unclean. It was a very small observation, but nonetheless it did leave a small impression on what otherwise was a sensational welcome and stay in Tokyo. I hope to come back soon to Japan, and hopefully again to Tokyo and with Hotel Keisei Richmond. The stack of receipts left by a previous guest, and the wet towel around the shower/bathtub area that was left from a previous guest.

The room was very spacious. The view of the skytree was right in front of our room which was very good to see specially at night. The the train station is right beside the hotel which makes it a lot convenient for travellers. There are two things that we did not like about our room. First there was a “strong sweaty odor” lingering inside the room as soon as we entered. Eventhough we sprayed a lot of air mist, still the oder won’t go. We thought at first it was coming from the aircondition filter but during our stay we did not use the aircondition because I easily catches colds from it. Second, there was no cabinet to put our things and not even a little wardrobe to hang clothes. It’s just a shame the room was too spacious but lacking of amenities.

Excellent location. The hotel is just a 1–2 minute walk from subway and train stations. Access from JR Tokyo Station is convenient (two transfers). Getting to Haneda Airport is especially easy—by using the Toei Asakusa Line (or Keisei Line) and the Keikyu Line, you can travel directly from Oshiage Station to Haneda Airport without changing trains. The Tokyo Metro also makes it easy to explore many parts of the city. None

Friendly staff, clean room, view from room very good. There were very few surfaces in the room to put stuff. Ended up putting stuff on the chair.

The twin bed room space design isn’t large enough to put luggages down.

Location is greatest. It's right next to Keisei skyline exit from NRT and easy access to Tokyo station. Skytree and the mall provides everything needed. A great transition stop from airport to anywhere. neh

There was no fitness room

Everything was just excellent: location - just in front of Skytree and underground, breakfast - a lot of choices, staff service - beneficial. Close to a big supermarket, restaurants and the Asakusa area

Located just infront of the Tokyo Skytree/ Solamachi. Next to a restaurant and the train station is just a few feet away. We booked a room with a view of the Skytree.

Our stay at the Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Oshiage was great overall. Staff at the front desk was exceptional for check-in, checkout, and holding our bags. The location is super and could not be better next to the Skytree, Solamachi, with convenience stores and supermarket nearby. Facilities were clean and amazing as well. The value of the hotel nightly rate was also great. The only issue we had was that the bathroom had a strong odor that smelled like urine possibly, more of a stale smell, but this was minor.

Excellent view of the Tokyo Skytree day or night from the terrace. Comfortable room with an interactive menu of hotel services from the room TV. It’s right by the Oshiage skytree metro station which is a great starting point to many top attractions and neighborhoods.

I liked many things about this hotel: cleanliness, nice fresh food at breakfast buffet, polite staff. What I especially liked was: Comfort - the room was not too small like in other hotels. Besides the bed, there was a small sofa and a table. There was also a kettle for tea. The bath and toilet were fully functional, no issues at all. Location - it's a very convenient place for transport and shopping. The subway entrance is a few steps away from the hotel entrance, and there's also express bus stop near it. Also you can find a shopping center, Skytree tower and a supermarket right by the hotel. Views - we had an amazing view of Skytree tower, especially beautiful at night. The view from the breakfast buffet hall was great as well, and there's also a rooftop terrace with an overview of the city. I can't recall anything significant that bothered us during our stay. Overall, it's a very well-kept hotel.

Location, location and location. Few mintue walk to Oshiage Station A20 and KS45. Awesome breakfast buffet. Room size, train noise.
