Location was great! Front desk was kind and helpful Rooms are small
-
I love that the Ginza Line Kyobashi Station (G10) was just around the corner (130m). From there, I can access the subway lines and go wherever I needed to be. There were two 7-11 stores on both corners and a Ramen restaurant just across the street. All the staffs were warm and nice. They even offered me an early checkin and late checkout. Room is clean and quiet. It can be small BUT it has everything you'll need. The pantry on the 2nd floor was well furnished with the right kitchen equipments. The dining hall is large enough with adjoining computer cubicles. They even have a mini gym, a smoking area and a coin LAUNDROMAT! Truly making their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ??? The bidet hot/cold setting was either not functioning well or I just get confused by its design. ?

Overall style is cool - clean and very good sized room in a good location. Easy to get around Ginza and to the station. The room I got was not what was advertised in the picture. I chose the room type specifically due to how the windows were shown and overall vibe of layout so was very disappointed to have a different layout, not the same widows as shown and on top of that the window I did have faced a wall. Facilities are much smaller than they present and was layout strange- not a place to relax. Breakfast also looked very limited and expensive- you dont even get free coffee in the room so I had to go to 7/11 or pay 4 times as much downstairs.

Love the design of the hotel and the staff was very nice. Nothing
-
Friendly and supportive staff, convenient location (a 10–15 minute walk to both the Narita Airport bus terminal and Ginza), clean facilities, and reasonable prices. The room was tiny and offered no view—you can literally see inside the building across from the hotel, so I had to keep the blinds closed at night.

Perfect location, fun hotel, clean and good size for 2 people, staff very friendly
-
Great staff. Multilingual, friendly. Design of rooms and atmosphere is a pleasant hipster-leaning style. I stay here often, mostly because it is unpretentious and easy, and because it is extremely well located, close to the train that connects to Narita airport if traveling through japan or abroad, and very close to several train lines. It is very convenient. rooms are tight and often crowded, to the point it is difficult to sit down even at the well designed work tables.
-
It’s location and cleanliness The breakfast needs some upgrades.
-
Clean and friendly staff, cute decor! Easy access to Tokyo station. Very small room but we stayed one night only so it wasn’t really a problem for us. If you need to get to Tokyo Station the next morning, it’s perfectly located- we had 2 large suitcases, it took us about 10 minutes on foot from the station. Nothing

The rooms are small, but well-equipped. It would be nice to have coffee available outside of breakfast, but 7-11 is half a block away.

Very small rooms
-
Very clean, great lobby experience, RIGHT next to subway, small (as expected) but space was optimized well.
-
Fresh, new vibe. Super clean, bright, and vibrant with some nice amenities like a communal kitchen. Nice café and restaurant downstairs. Rooms were a little small but probably above average for Tokyo, and perfectly acceptable.
-
Clean hotel! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, AC worked well.
-
The advertised gym would be much improved if it had some basic weights. Now it’s just a boxing rig and some cardio machines.
-
Reception was very helpful. Lots of great amenities. AC worked. The beds were comfortable. Generally smaller rooms
-
Location was good; less than a block from the Tokyo Metro. Bed was comfy, bathroom was good. Room was a little small; had to do some rearranging to get suitcase open.
-
The room was small but cute and arranged in a way that made it feel spatious. It was close to the subway, making it easy to get around Tokyo. There was a 7/11 around the corner good for an early morning coffee.
-
Great location in Tokyo - a lttle crowded - welcome desk is at the frist floor un personnal treatment in a apparently friednly cool environement
-
The location is super convenient, but it is on a quiet street. The hotel is nice, everything is functional and clean. The rooms are small, but it is to be expected in Tokyo.
