Reasonable price. The location wasn't too hard to get to. No room service so we had to wash our own towels.

The location was perfect, it’s located in a quit little neighbourhood that is just beautiful. It’s close to a supermarket, 7/11 and the metro. You can walk to a bunch of popular spots and the area has tons of restaurants and coffee shops. It’s not your typical hotel so If you need anything just chat or go to the lobby and use the video call and whatever you need is supplied. No complaints just wonderful. A little more direction on how to get toilet paper, garbage bags and how to dispose.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The metro station was within 5mins walking distance. Local food options and convenience stores within 3mins of the hotel. The beds were quite uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on a tabletop with multiple blankets.

The space! The room is big. You can fully open two suitcases and still have room to move around. Please note that this is not a full service hotel. We need to clean the room ourselves. But all is provided and the staff is super nice and helpful.

It was a good family room The reception was full and not enough space to leave our luggage. We paid for 5 but I had to make the 5th bed myself.

The location near iriya subway station. The room big enough for my family (5 peoples), there were 7 eleven and family mart so you can buy food for breakfast or nice dinner at property.

1. apartment concept (love going to supermarkets and there are a couple within walking distance) 2. friendlier cost compared to similar 3. spacious 4. cloud check-in / check-out 5. large trash bins 6. washing machine for the bed near the window it gets frosty (winter time) but if you turn on the heater too high, other people will complain

Spacious and clean. The staff on-site were so nice and did a great job. Checking in and out of the place was a breeze. I also liked how the closest station was just a stones throw away; a pleasant walk. There was also a 7-11 and grocery store down the road.

Clean & equipped . Short walk from/ to Iriya station (exit 3). The most comfortable stay among the 3 accommodations we had this trip. Quiet lesser crowd neighborhood. Abit far to Tokyo central area. But with metro it’s easy to get around.
