Location made it super easy for us to go around the city even hot summer. We walked underground to get on a train so we could stay away from the heat It could be better if they had roten burp but overall it was amazing stay

Staff made us feel right at home. Onsen was good size and pristine. Breakfast fueled you for the day and the hotel was close to transit. Wish you could use the terrace during the day.

The room was very very small the bathroom sink was right there practically next to the bed. We had couple of drink coupons and we went to the bar showed them the coupons and we ordered our drinks (4) and they charged us for the 3 drinks plus they charged us $20 for the nuts that usually people ger free when they order drinks. we paid like $135.

We loved the quiet vibe and calm atmosphere in the hotel. We enjoyed the baths and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was exceptional and exceeded expectations. It felt very professional.

Good Location on the Business District Area and close to Department Store. Bedroom is large for 2 persons. Hotel provides public bath avaible onsite.

The staff was very attentive and accomodating. They helped with luggage transfer to our next hotel and provided all the information neccessary to make our stay an amazing. The rooms are above average in terms of space for Tokyo and clean. The hotel is conveniently above the Ginza line which made movement super easy. Nothing - everything was perfect. We'll definitely come again !

The location a d comfort were great. The onsen was the icing on the cake The tv’s didn’t have any English channels, or offer Netflix/streaming services.

The hotel was very clean. We appreciated how friendly and polite the staff were. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, we looked forward to eating there every morning. The bathhouse was nice to be able to soak in after a long day out. We loved the location of the hotel- connected to the subway and walkable to many restaurants. The room was a bit small for a family of 2 adults and 2 children since there was no place to lay out all of our clothes but we knew this was a standard room size for Japan.
