Tokyu Stay Nihonbashi

The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was wonderful to have a washing machine that washed and dried our clothes. The room is small and cramped, but not sure how it compares to other room sizes in Tokyo. It could be fairly standard for Tokyo.

had another booking and left my luggage in the hotel, staff delivered my luggage into my room before i arrived. had a luggage weighing scale too that you can borrow.

room is clean, the location is ok, several train stations nearby allow for easy travel. The staff is friendly, free postcard sending worldwide as a memento. the food options nearby is quite limited, need to walk a distance for food.

The washer/dryer combo in the room as well as a fridge and microwave was great. The pillows where really used and flat. The stuffing just went to either side on the pillow, the blanket filling went to bottom of bed. They clean every five days so our plate just kept piling up. Really small room, but I think that normal in Japan maybe.

It was comfortable and well-maintained. We appreciated its location in a quieter part of Tokyo. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Google Maps kept giving us needlessly complex directions to get there.

The staff were wonderful- very helpful when we had an issue with an air conditioner in one of the two rooms. The coffee in the lobby was terrific. We were 2 blocks from the entrance to the JR/subway and close to some great restaurants. We had no issue with sound from the nearby expressway (I didn't even notice it!). We appreciated having the in-room washer/dryer and laundry detergent along with English language instructions.

It was close to the train stations, close to certain parts of town we were planning on exploring. Had a scale to weigh our luggage, room was nice and comfortable, and was close to some good restaurants, close to a laundry mat since our room didn’t have a washer and dryer.

Location was close by many metro/train stations and within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. I also really appreciated the free coffee machine and water dispenser in the lobby. The room was a bit small, though average for Tokyo. The bed was not very comfortable, although that is personal preference. I thought there were laundry facilities, but these were only in certain rooms. There was a great laundromat nearby though.

Enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect! Easy access to public transportation and variety of places to eat within walking distance. I loved that we had a washer/dryer in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we need to scheduled luggage forwarding service. One of the best services that was unexpected, the hotel offered Free Same-Day Delivery to our room . This was amazing! The directions the hotel provided were very easy to follow. As soon as we got our bags at the airport we went to the Air Luggage counter, dropped our bags, and headed out to explore. By the time we reached the hotel at check-in time, our bags were waiting for us. Super convenient. I would stay here again for just that reason alone. The space was a little tight but it was expected for Tokyo.

Great Location, center of Tokyo. 3-4 subway line nearby easy to access anywhere in Tokyo. Room was clean and cozy. Staff are nice and helpfulZ

What I liked the most was that there is a very good washing machine in each room, which is extremely helpful for guests staying for a longer period. The room is quite small but comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. I did not use the breakfast tickets, as the system was slightly inconvenient. The food is frozen and must be picked up from the reception the day before, but the refrigerator is not accessible 24 hours a day. If I returned late in the evening, I could not access the fridge and therefore could not get the food.

The room is very small with the bed pushed against a wall.

I was upgraded to a room with laundry, how’s that possible in Tokyo city!

Staff were very nice and accommodating

It was all very nice and clean and convenient, so hard to pinpoint everything. A few standout things, the bath tub was exceptional! Its very standard in the normal sense but its very deep and i fit well being 6ft 2 in. As someone who enjoys baths I was taking a bath almost every night. Loved having a mini fridge, microwave, and washing machine. Had zero worried about buying simple food and keeping it for later days and also wearing whatever I wanted because I could wash my clothes. There were only a few things I didn't love but I could live with. The window didn't open, which is unfortunate because I love when I can open windows even just a few inches for actual fresh air and air circulation. The other thing being location, but only because there's less food options nearby and its a little walk/train from the big stuff. On the other hand it's nice because it's mostly quiet. You just hear the occasional fast car which isn't too bad all things considered being in a major city.

The proximity to the train station and other shops including the Mitsukoshi Mall was excellent. Not having a laundry machine and dining area. Otherwise the property was nice. Would stay here again if in the area.

The room and facilities are well maintained and clean. The staff also helped us with out luggage transfer and the transaction was seamless. It’s also near Kanda and Shin-Nihombashi train station. Nothing.
