The room is a bit tight and cramped, especially for 2 adults.
-
Quiet location but close enough to stations and Akihabara for some things to do Wish bed was smaller to be able to lay out oighsge

The frontdesk & staff and their hospitality, room facilities Nil

Close to station. Clean and well presented. Fabulous staff that assisted us with any request. Quiet hotel.
-
Near location to Kanda Train Station. Variety in breakfast, very reasonable cost. Staff so willing to accommodate specific needs. Rooms are so small, but we realize that is common in Japan.

I'd book it again for sure.

A wonderful budget hotel, that is very close to the train station. The train station is connected to major subway lines. It is a few stops away from Akihabara, Ueno and Tokyo station. There is a 7-11 right next door and Family Mart across the street. The simple breakfast was a great way to start my day. I've used the hotel chain before and it never disappoints. The room is small, but is workable for a solo traveler. Would definitley come back to this area again. none

Location is very convenient next to 7-eleven and a short walk from Kanda station. Very easy to do laundry and the machine in the lobby allows you to make change for coins or smaller bills.

We had prepaid breakfast for five days. Food was the same everyday. No variety.

Great location decent breakfast The bathroom smelled like a urinal and we could smell someone smoking nearby

As it’s normal in Japan, the rooms are small but the room is very clean, although on closer inspection, there was stuff

This hotel is located a short walk from Kanda station which is one stop from Tokyo station and surrounding areas we wanted to visit. We are also a short walk from Akihabara and Guitar street. The shampoo/body wash in the room were awesome. so sad that it isn't available to order outside of Japan. We booked the largest room which would be considered tiny on western standards. We packed light and had issues with our carry-on luggage in the room with ourselves. We made it work but keep this in mind when booking if you don't pack light.

Location! Close to train and restaurants.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. The location is excellent—being near Kanda Station made it incredibly easy to travel to other areas using the JR Yamanote Line and the subway. The staff were friendly and helpful, and having a convenience store right next door was a big plus. The dining area on the 2nd floor is closed off in the evenings for guests who just want to use the microwave. I understand the space is primarily for breakfast, but it would be great to have the option to sit and eat there for dinner instead of having to carry our microwaved food all the way back to our room.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel. I like the location, the cleanliness of the rooms, the amenities, the breakfast option, the laundry area and vending machine, and the complimentary luggage shipping service. The old TV. It doesn't have options to put Netflix or other streaming services. I stayed in sotetsu hotels in Sapporo, Nagano and they have better TVs.

Staffs are nice Room is too small

The rooms were quiet and were kept impeccably clean by the staff, who offer a free room cleaning service. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are equipped with heated/bidet equipped Japanese toilets and deep baths with warm water on tap. The location is arguably the greatest asset of the hotel, with Akihabara Electric Town only a ten minute walk across the river to the north. Kanda station is a 5 minute walk to the west and allows access to the whole metro/rail system and there is a 7-Eleven next door to the hotel with an international ATM for foreign guests to withdraw yen-cash. The area surrounding the hotel has a wide assortment of restaurants for very reasonable prices. Washing Facilities: The clothes washing facilities are very limited: two medium sized top-loading machines and two small dryers with half the capacity of the washing machines shared amongst all guests (about 80 rooms). Wash cycles take 30 minutes and drying cycles about 60 for anything other than very light clothes, and often guests are late to remove their clothes from the dryers, further lengthening the wait. This is the only minor issue we encouraged, just plan to wash in small loads of 1 or 2 days clothing and set aside 1+1/2 hours

Very small room size, a little pricey but that's Tokyo
