The rooms are small, but the space is organized very well, so our stay was comfortable. The location is perfect, there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, and the metro station is in a short walking distance.

Our room was handicap equipped, so it had a good amount of space. It was nice that it had a sink inside the bathroom and one outside. The linens were nice and crisp. We heard some street noise, but not that much.

Great hotel, very quiet and clean. You'll need to walk a little bit to the location but honestly it doesnt bother me, there is always something new to discover on your way there. The area feels very local and less chaotic.

Room size was very small. Bed was not enough for even for 2 people and we were 3. No extra mattress was there. To make the matter worse no space was there in the room to even keep bags. Bathroom was extremely small.

It is located close to Kanda station and it is even within reasonable walking distance to Akihabara. The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of convenience stores to choose from that are less than 2 minutes away. Staff is very kind and have no problem communicating in English. There are only two sets of washers and dryers which can be somewhat frustrating when many guests want to do laundry. My room had a very awkward ledge/step to go up into the bathroom. It did not help that the bathroom was incredibly small and the sink was way too low to use effectively.

The main complaint I saw other guests have was that the rooms were too small, but I thought it was a fine size. It wasn't huge, but it was big enough for two people and our big suitcases. Besides, we were only in our room at night anyway. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I tried to speak Japanese as much as possible, but the staff also had English which was appreciated for checking in. I also greatly appreciated the access to a microwave and a laundry facility, they really came in handy. And the location was great, less than a ten minute walk to our nearest train station. When we come back to Tokyo (because we will definitely be back), I would heavily consider booking with Hotel MyStays again.
