Location is really good, near 3 metro stations. It is very small but everything you need is available. Stayed 4 nights, thanks. Breakfast is not satisfactory, no need to purchase

The room was clean and nice. The hotel is also relatively close to a station. The staff. The night I arrived, they were rather cold, quiet, and subtly condescending (eyes, tone, and assistance). It was a bad first impression of the hotel and set the mood for the rest of the stay.

Could walk to Ginza or Akihabara from here. The door stop in the room was placed in a spot about mid-way down the bedside... banged my toes on it about 4 times before I placed my shoes in front of it. Tight space - feel like the door should swing towards the wall instead of into the room.

Location was great close to Kanda subway station, imperial gardens and well connected to other places. Quiet neighborhood with some cheap decent restaurant options. Complaint about room temperature acted immediately with workable solution (room fan). Option to stash luggage until checkin was helpful. Cleaning staff did not disturb when asked and provided clean towels instead. The breakfast was barely edible. Rice had been standing for long time, not many choices, (Japanese or western). The bed was narrow, no space for luggage, warm and musty. Aircon difficult to regulate. Checkin takes a long time .. also payment at machine very customer unfriendly. QR code for luggage stashing is a weird system and not customer friendly, a tag would have been better. Only one elevator which is also used by personnel including cleaning staff. Takes a long time for it to arrive.

Great place to stay if your just staying the night. A few stores near by to get you through the night. Just feels like nothing around here to visit or see. I was there for 1 night, so I can't say anything, really to dislike.

I choose this hotel due to its location, very close to MRT stations and area where i wish to go. Obviously, the room suitable for single or couple. Opt for bigger room if bring in family etc.

Room was clean, front desk was super polite and helpful, location was fab, no uphills to climb when moving from Kanda station. The room was incredibly tiny. Since we had 2 people in a room, it was impossible to have 2 luggages opened at the same time.

The location The room was old and worn. The bench worn and marked. Holes in the sheets. Carpet dirty as feet got dirty. No TV options in English except 1 channel and 4 movies. No YouTube, no Netflix etc. Mirroring a phone is only in portrait so movies very small. Better to watch on phone. Breakfast mostly warm at best. One morning scrambled eggs and sausages stone cold. One morning at 8:30 there was no eggs and was told no more. Breakfast goes to 10:00 so tough luck if late. My wife is gluten free and eggs and rice the only option. When I booked I understood there would be options for her but it was limited. They not offer any other options or a refund and the worse she gets cold eggs. No iron or ironing board. Trouser press only which is useless for ironing and it was torn. Laundry was 1 machine and 1 dryer. No drinking water supplied in room.
