Each and every staff were nice, courteous and respectful. There was an excellent array of breakfast and close to train station for easy commute.

The location is very convenient. 5 minute walk to the Kanda train station and 1 stop away from Tokyo Station. The staff is amazing and always super helpful. The staff helped us forward our luggage to the next destination. The breakfast has a timed ticket system which helps avoid the area to fill up. They have great breakfast options. Guests are provided clean pajamas during their stay. Although we didn't use it, it was convenient they had a laundry room.

The room is small. Especially the bathroom. Bathtub is tall and hard to step into it.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. The room was a little smaller than expected, but still very functional and met our needs.

The lobby area is great! I can hang out for a long while to wait for my flight to the airport. Everything is great! It is closed to subway station, Kanda and Iwamotocho. It is very convenient!

I lost one room key card, and I had to pay JPY1000 which is unreasonable, it never happened during my past stay with other hotels, and the staff English is poor and unfriendly.
