Located close to Akihabara, in a quiet street, easy to find and to check-in, friendly english-speaking stuff. Room was relatively spacious for Japan. Cleaning every day. Air in the room was very unhealthy, it smelled of foul linen (probably the old furniture was the case...). Even ventilation didn't help, the smell didn't go away. There were also spots of mould in the bathroom. Generally, the room and facilities urgently require renovation. Also, cleaning was very basic (thick layer of dust on anything that wasn't in plain sight).

The room was very spacious. Also loved the free drink vending machine at the lobby. The hotel is walking distance to akihabara which was convenient to get our shopping done. The toilet was rather small
-
staff, room size, location, and free drinks bathroom was small, and the decor was dated
-
Free drink, comfortable bed. Stinky smells from the toilet.

Twin room was nice and big. The free vending machine in the lobby was awesome Not much. A bit of dust in the vents and the bathroom was still small despite the large size of the room

I like the location, easy access to train stations (JR and Ginza subway line), so many food choices nearby. Nothing, I like everything.
-
Everything. Nothing.

The pillow selection station in the lobby was amazing!! Great bath in room, front desk staff were excellent. Easy access from train station and much cheaper than staying at Tokyo station. Plenty of nearby cheap restaurants/cafes/convenience stores. Toilet paper - none in room other than half a roll and not replaced.

Everything! Nothing!

Room was pretty big for 3 persons. Location is adequate if you intend to go to Akihabara in less than 15 min by foot or Ueno. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Staff was very professionnal and friendly and helped us carry our luggages to our room. If you use Google Maps to find the hotel, it will direct you in an alley on the other side of the hotel. I invite the hotel owners to put a reclamation on Google Maps in order to update the real entrance to the hotel.

I wish there was a laundry service or coin laundry machines.

Friendly and helpful staff! Clean, great daily room cleaning, very good price for multiple beds, excellent location! Very bright lights outside all night - had to use curtains. Bathroom is small and didn't ventilate quickly.

The rooms were very spacious, the hotel had lots of free amenities, there were lovely authentic restaurants in the area (halal Indian food at Aladij was Devine) and waygu hot pot down the road with loads of craft beer, whiskey, cider, etc. loved it!!! It is a bit dated, but given the size of the rooms, I was very happy overall
