The pillow, I’m not sure if it was because I had a headache that day, but it wasn’t very comfortable.
-
The ease and simplicity of the capsule hotel style. A woman paced outside my capsule in her street shoes late at night, hiccuping; it took her a long time to get into her pod.
-
Great showers, comfortable pods. Easy access to Tokyo Station - one quick train ride away. Lots of food options within walking distance. Storage for larger baggage. Need more instructions specifically about whete to put towels, slippers and pjs after use. Very happy and would stay again.

There is no lounge to eat food if you bring it back

Clean, near bus, train. 11-3 cleaning time

Lockers kind of small, no common area

The location is good. They don’t provide any common area where guests can sit and wait during check-in or check-out, and the overall space in the hotel feels very limited. I was traveling with a ski bag and asked if they could store it during my two-night stay. Unfortunately, their storage room was too small to accommodate it. Instead, they left my ski bag next to the reception counter in an unsecured open area, where anyone could easily walk in and take it. Not to mention that the hotel’s entrance, where the reception is located, does not require any card access or security, which made the situation feel even less safe. They also did not put a tag or any identifiable card on my ski bag, and the receptionist ask no question to identify if I am the actual owner of the skis bag when I collected it on my last day. Besides, you are not allowed to eat or drink in the hotel, meaning no 7-eleven/Lawson snacks and drinks are allowed to bring in and eat. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Nothing. They did not accept me as a guest!! When I got there, the woman told me that the hotel was open only to women (I'm a man). That was not made clear on the web page, and I thought the 9 Women Hotel was just the name. They said I should ask Booking to cancel the reservation and return the money to me. I ended up booking another hotel nearby also using Booking.com. I would like a refund from Booking but had no way to contact you except here. Please forward my request to whoever can respond. My e-mail address is joe@drawbdl.com. This is highly unusual.

Safe, near important trains, clean and neat.

Location was excellent between 2 rail stations. Very convenient. The surrounding area seems to be mixed did not feel as safe as some other 9 hour locations. Biggest issue is not enough space in the common area. Once someone opens their suitcase in the locker area you can’t get through. There is a bit more space in the shower/dressing areas - but they do get full so expect to wait or readjust your prep time in the mornings.
-
There was no way to control the air conditioning inside the pod, and it was very hot and dry. Because of this, I had trouble sleeping.

Small locker room
-
unfortunately the lockers were too small to my liking. i had to leave my luggage in their storage and i felt like my backpack barely fit. but i will say this place is convenient for 1 night stays!

Near the train station. It is good to stay here if you will be outside most of your stay. The staff know how to speak English. I thought I only needed to leave the capsule before 11 AM, but found out that the rule is for all floors (bathroom and locker). So I left in a rush on my first day.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable, thin mattress
-
The cleanliness and convenience to the train station It’s definitely a wait to access the showers and restroom at popular times.
-
It was too exhausting having to going up and down to get your stuff to the lockers and son on, wish locker were on the same floor of the showers.
-
I liked the location which is right next to the train/metro station. Lack of safety for storage of luggage: Luggages are stored at the reception area which is next to the entrance that everyone can enter, If there is nobody in the reception area, anyone can get inside and take a luggage. I know it is a safe country but safety should be considered. All of lockers being in 1/F, depending on the time of the day, it could be very busy with many people concentrating in the same place. Mattress being hard: the mattress was thin and hard.

nothing

The lockers provided are not in the same floor as the showers/bathrooms, which makes it difficult to change/pack if you’re staying for more than a night. Also the locker room is really small and there’s no much room to open your luggage/pack if many people are around. They also don’t keep your luggage after checkout.
