Very convenient to subway, nice food street near by , 7 eleven family near at walking distance, comfortable room nice staff. Rea was exceptionally good at her service. Nothing everything was awesome

I loved the location, on a quiet street just a 5-minute walk from well-connected Kanda station. The ordinariness of the neighbourhood is appealing, but there is lots nearby, and you can easily walk to the more upscale Nihombashi and Tokyo station areas to the south or the more laid back Jimbocho area to the west. The staff were professional and very friendly, warmly welcoming guests or wishing them a good day every time they pass through the lobby. The free, all-day coffee in the lobby was also a nice perk. The room design is creative, with a raised bed that allows you to fit a suitcase under it, but it's not particularly functional. There were just two hangers and limited places to hang them, which is surprising because there is enough space in the room for a better hook and hanger system.

Small room

Room was very tight.

1. Location near to JR station and Metro station 2. Room and common facilities very clean 1. Room size is very small.
-
The environment was very welcoming. The staff was very kind and attentive, and the space was very clean and well maintained. We especially loved the location, with a 5 minute walk to the station and no more than half an hour away from most attractions.

Good location near the Kanda Station, Clean and comfortable hotel.

Although we didn't need to use it, they also work with Sagawa luggage forwarding and have a QR code/machine setup where you can fill out your luggage details and print a tag on the machine. Bed was quite hard and pillows are very uncomfortable, kind of like a bean bag. In our first room the mattress was very thin and extremely hard. Rooms are very small - smaller than the measurement on Booking.com suggests.

Location was good and reachable by metro. Staff was really nice and helpful. nothing.

The atmosphere and staff were excellent :D The staff were very friendly and the room was pretty good for the price. If you're just passing through it's a nice place to stay One thing I do wanna point out is that the beds are a little hard. I come from the U.S. and I purchased a comfortable mattress so I'm used to a softer bed, but that's just me :)

Beds not comfortable.

Really loved the atmosphere in the hotel. The staff went absolutely above and beyond being helpful! The room was very clean, the bed - comfy. The hotel's a short walk from JR Kanda station, so it's easy to get to Tokyo Station and Akihabara. A bit further to Shibuya. There are really good food places near the station as well. The lobby can get crowded at times, but that's inevitable during peak hours.

The staff is the best of all hotels I've stayed in Japan or in any other country really. They make this hotel a very special place, despite being a relatively simple building. The kindness, the politeness and the overall attitude communicate the Japanese values in the best way possible. So for me this is a obligatory staying in Tokyo. The location is also great. Silent square in walking distance of Akihabara, it's perfect. Only thing I'd comment about is the mattress could be improved, it's too thin.

room smelly like old building and not clean as clean as I expected

The location was relatively really close to Kanda stations and some nice restaurants. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. There was no way to inform the staff wether or not you would like to have your room cleaned on any specific day. There was no "Do not disturb" sign, or "Please clean my room" sign that you could leave for the cleaning staff. After partying late in Shinjuku, this would have been nice to have.

Close to the downtown area and the trains and restaurants The bedroom was tight

Good value for the price.

It was very clean and the WiFi is super fast. They cleaned the room every three days, including towels. The check-in/out were fast and staff is friendly. You can keep your laguage for that day in the lobby after check-out. Location was okay, it was 5ish minutes to the metro line. There are plenty of options for lunch/dinner in the neighbourhood, but not that much for a breakfast tho. The room for four people has a place for only one suitcase to keep open. No shelves or closet. There are washing/drying facilities in the lobby but couple drying programs didn't do the work for us, we had to lay clotes in the room. This hotel is not worth the money you're paying.
