Not much. Hotel was run entirely remotely, 2 tablets for checking in and 1 tablet to contact the staff if there was a problem. However the networks were all down so not one of the 3 tablets worked. Many guests had left messages on the tablet to contact staff but because there was no network they didnt go through. There is ZERO security and the passcodes to get into rooms are really easy to guess. Shared facilities need better taking care of.

It was right next to the Oshiage Sta. You only got one set of towels and when we asked for a second because the towels got dirty, we were denied. The A.C. Doesn’t go lower than 25°C with it being extremely humid in the rooms. Didn’t specify that the showers were not private.

We really did not understand all the bad reviews for this place - it’s so underrated and great value for price.. The check-in was super easy (don’t listen to the reviews) they sent us the information and Qr code much in advance and so if you read your emails and have a phone check in should be as easy as pie.. Just make sure to find the right place? because google maps leads you a bit in the wrong direction.. The room was as expected but clean and not smaller than on the pictures. Although I really don’t like shared bathrooms usually at Wako it was clean and usually you were the only one there. The view is beautiful especially at night and location amazing!! directly next to Skytree and the metro station that also leads directly to the airport? Of course it’s not a luxury hotel but you know exactly what you get when booking Wako and from all the information they send you before your stay!

The only thing that I liked is the bed. It was comfortable. The view was good. The room was dirty. The checkin process was cumbersome. The washbasin area was too dirty to even use. The room was too small compared to the money. There was nothing I liked to be very frank.

Cheap clean close to station The entrence is a quiz. Escape room. Late chack in early chack out. Even not 1 spoon in the kitchen. Soft bed.
