OMO5 was in a fantastic location—central enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, making it a peaceful place to stay. One of our favorite features was the cozy lounge, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The complimentary 9 p.m. drinks with other guests created a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. Check-in was quick and efficient, and although we arrived before the official check-in time, the staff happily stored our luggage while we enjoyed complimentary drip coffee in the lounge. The guest facilities were excellent. We really appreciated the floor with the fresh cold water station, laundry machines, ironing facilities, and even a drinks vending machine, which meant we didn't always have to pop over to the nearby 7-Eleven. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also liked being able to choose the amenities we needed at reception before heading to our room. A lovely touch was the complimentary pajamas, which were surprisingly comfortable and much appreciated by the whole family. Overall, OMO5 exceeded our expectations and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tokyo. We would happily stay here again. Nothing....

Modern design, laundry mat, no-shoe tatami mat rooms, and food court on the 1st floor of the building. Gym weights only went to 10kg, way too light. No in-room coffee machine and getting coffee in the morning was difficult if you didn't also buy the breakfast or want to go downstairs to the 1st floor of the building's food court.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Well located for both Haneda Airport and Tokyo Cruise Terminal and very good views over Tokyo from the elevated position. Breakfast could have had a few more options.

One of the towels we were given had a lot of hair on it. It was a clean towel but the hair really grossed us out.

Vibe of the property is aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. Very clean. We were provided daily cleaning and fresh towels and rug. Not a fan of fabric couches. Wished there were flat sheets to cover to sleep on. Extra bed pillows are extra charge.

Beautiful property with excellent location to restaurants and train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the dandan room! Well designed, clean and aesthetically pleasing! Nothing! We’re ending back in Tokyo and will be staying there again!

I love that it's close to the Gotanda station--the Yamanote line takes you to major neighborhoods like Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku. There are tons of restaurants nearby and a supermarket with prepared foods/fresh fruits when you don't feel like going out to eat. A pharmacy is literally on the next block when we needed some allergy medicine. It's super convenient.

Hotel room was nice with a simple but interesting design layout. It had a sofa bench seating along the windows. The bathroom consisted of a soaking tub with wash stool and shower in front, separate lavatory outside, and a separate toilet compartment. The city views looking north was interesting during the day and even at night. We even had a glimpse of Mt Fuji in the distant one morning. Hotel was located next to Osakihirokoji Station so it was easy to connect to Gotanda Station and the Yamanote Line. Everything was good. No complaints.
